That a lot are trying to get their life on track and are hardworking. As far as the cleaning goes. Yikes. It's a scam. All we do is dust and wipe. Literally. We aren't allowed to touch things so we can't even wipe or sweep UNDERNEATH most stuff... like on counters. Grout... that's a Japanese word to them. They skip the sweeping and just mop.
