I was advised it could be adjusted again in one minute. I drove 15 min over to Blind Ambitions only to be told there would be a 45$ charge for this easy fix. Too bad because I will now never buy from them or refer them. I was eyeballing some things when I walked in but decided to avoid giving them any business. Not helping others for extremely minor things when you have the power to do so is very short-sided in the world of business. Their loss. I've dealt with so many businesses and home professionals over the decades. Avoid those that don't care and put the dollar first.
