When I called back, I got their AI service. Airco has gone to great lengths to make this seem like a real person but its just not quite right. Ultimately, the put me on hold and I ended having to hang up for a work call. My home office is about 8 feet away from the front door. I never heard the tech knock on the door. I dont think they did given that I am so close to that door and never left my chair. When I finally got a person to take the call, they were indifferent and cut me off by saying "do you want to reschedule" (as in, I dont want to hear about your issue). So, I called "One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning" and immediately got a human who scheduled service for the same day. Don't let Airco's constant barrage of commercials lure you in to believing that they are a good option. I should have checked their yelp ratings before I tried to use them.
