Pam then placed an unauthorized charge on our credit card -- even though the job remains incomplete. They asked if i would give the motorized shade a chance to straighten out and work so I did. Pam did not confirm their next appointment as we requested so we made other plans. Pam was cautioned that i do not authorize her to use my credit card. There were not repeated attempts to resolve this. There was one unconfirmed visit. Between the product quality, poor communication, and billing issues -- avoid this business. Not worth the hassle. A man came out to my house in November, measured all of my windows, showed me examples and gave me plenty of information. He said he would get me a quote on the things I asked for. They never got back with me after 3 weeks. I called and they said they "emailed" me. I spoke with Rob the owner. So he got my correct email address. After another few weeks I called back multiple times and Rob never returned my calls. I am extremely disappointed. I understand it is the holiday season and he could be busy. If so, let me know. I wouldn't mind waiting until January to get the job done but just plain ignoring my calls is rude. Don't waste my time coming to my house, having me call multiple times and never responding. Let me know you're busy at this time but would like my business in the next month or so. Very disappointed. I won't be using them again.

Once the shutters arrived and were installed, we discovered that he had damaged some of them during installation and he had ordered the wrong configuration for one window. He was hard to get in touch with and often didn't answer his phone or reply to messages. He finally told us he would take care of the issues but this has yet to happen over a year later! He also didn't order one set of shutters which has left us with an incomplete project. He didn't have any issues with taking our payment for the products and his services but seems to have disappeared with no intention of completing our project according to our initial order. I WOULD NOT recommend The Blind Guy to anyone!

Sure you can make money at this job, but it's the worst and weirdest environment i have ever seen. During training they would not let a person get up and use the bathroom. This was a grown man that was yelled at to "sit down". That could be an HR infraction. Jeremy is possibly the worst manager I have ever experienced in my career and I worked for a Fortune 5 company. The other managers don't care about you. It is a very cult like culture. Again you can make money, but this is possibly the most toxic place I have ever seen. I would stay away.
