Gotta thank ACCENT COLLISION AUTO BODY for such prompt work in repairing Minichan. A lady had backed into me and we opted for her to just pay for it. After getting 5 quotes I happened to come upon ACCENT COLLISION. Upon entering I was greeted by Alex. When I requested an estimate I was immediately met with "For you or your car because if for you we're not that kinda of bodyshop" I was dying. We then went to assess damage and estimate. I then left but turn around a block later and decide to go ahead with them. Not only because the estimate wasn't over priced like the others, but due to the kindness and friendly energy of Alex. I've been slacking on making this review since getting a new job and the Covid situation but I have to share that my experience was last summer and this place is phenomenal. My new Mustang was rear ended by a giant Silverado truck that didn't brake in time for an ambulance passing by. My rear bumper was barely hanging on to the car and there was a side fender dent that was brought to my attention among other things by Alex from Accent Collision. Alex took the time explain to me the extent of the damage when we walked around the car together. He showed me on his computer all the underlying parts below surface view that would need to be changed, every piece broken down. He explained to me that he would try his best to get all actual original replacement parts for the car since insurance co's sometimes try to cut corners when their client is at fault. He ended up doing just that and was kind of enough to take delivery of and install a new FlowMaster axle back exhaust that i ordered since the previous was damaged in the crash. The process of getting it fixed took around 3 weeks (pre-Covid days) and Alex kept me updated with phone calls every few days, I was never stuck wondering what was going on with my car. He walked me through what to discuss with the insurance companies because this was my first accident. I was convinced my car would never look the same and I could not believe my eyes when he called me in to pick it back up. It look untouched from the accident and even better than the day it got hit because he had it washed and cleaned for me. Alex was super kind and courteous the entire time and the work of Accent Collision is absolutely amazing. My mom's SUV was bumper tapped in a parking lot recently and he was able to make the car look great as well. We cannot recommend this place enough!!! 10 stars. read more

Owners are serious liars and cheats. First demanded I cash insurance check , then took cash and claimed never got any until I called the police. Refused to give a receipt for ALL work that was supposed to be done. This leads me to believe they got $2100 but did much less than the work listed on insurance supplemental. Finally promised to buff the scratches and detail the car but carpets and seats still dirty. still scratches same as before.Maybe they just put the car thru car wash. At best. I have always gone to Grand National auto body (located in the same place as Accent). When I showed up, to find that it was a new company, I went in anyway. WOW! this auto body shop DOES IT ALL. My car (in which I had incurred a sideswipe in a hit and run) was PERFECT! Not only did they fix the damage, but they also checked for other body damage that I had missed! The reason that I put one star for this place is that they are not honest. I wanted to do inspection for Lyft, Dmitry ( the person who work there) asked me for $75 which is too expensive. When I told him that I know the inspection is not more than $40, he changed his price to $50. I know they did the job correctly but they wanted me to pay double the price!
