    Here are my before pictures, and I think my before looks better, no dark undereyes and no ice pick or horrible pigmentation.

    Nikelle said she would give a 20% discount for good review. I am so unhappy with my results of 4 out of 5 treatments. My skin is now very dry, the pigmentation is worse, and now I have ice pick scars. These chemimcal peels also made the skin under my eye very thin, making me look tired and gaunt. I told nikelle about my skin concern and she gaslit me into thinking i was just seeing things. I won't be returning for my 5th treatment. I did message mya the general manager and she didn't even give a single apology even for how my skin turned out. I asked for more before pictures but they refused to email it to me. This has been the worst thing I have done for my skin.

    They tried telling my mom that she only had 4 appointments. There are 5 included. I was present for this discussion/purchase.

    READ THIS REVIEW. Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. At the initial consult, my mom and I purchased "tailored treatment plans" from Nikelle (owner). They are more expensive with Nikelle vs. another provider. She stated this was due to "her extensive experience." At the next appointment, we were reassigned with a less experienced provider without notice due to an "emergency meeting." I encourage you to read other low star reviews, it appears this happens. They up-charged us for Nikelle, then change the provider without telling us until that day. At another visit, we received a text the day before with a cancellation. The first week of January, my mom confirmed my appointment via phone the day before with Nikelle. After driving over an hour, staff said my appointment was never made, despite confirmation. I've only seen Nikelle twice. In addition, I've had one appointment cancelled without notice/"never made." I've had one cancelled the day before. I've had one where the provider was changed. The day that my confirmed appointment was "never made," the manager assured me that Nikelle would call and address this incident. This never happened. She did not return multiple phone calls/voicemails or respond to multiple e-mails from myself and my mom. After almost 2 weeks, the manager e-mailed back saying that I did not qualify for any refund and the best we could do was rebook. There were phone conversations in between receiving the e-mail reply from the manager, but not one call was initiated by Accelerated until after that e-mail weeks later. My mom and I had to be the ones to reach out. Multiple employees gave us timelines of when Nikelle would call to address this, none of which came to fruition. My mom's experience was worse. She has a tailored treatment plan for 5 combined services (photo attached) w/ Nikelle's signature. At her 4th visit, she was told it was her last. She asked to speak to Nikelle, who was in the building. She was told Nikelle was with patients all day. The manager said "Sometimes things change. I wasn't present for your conversations with your provider." According to this deeply flawed logic, you can pay for a treatment plan and then they can revoke it. My mom said she would kindly wait for when Nikelle had a minute. Once it was obvious that there were no patients, the manager said Nikelle had a meeting. The manager told her that there was nothing she could do, as Nikelle authorizes everything. Taking 2 minutes to speak to a patient who has paid Nikelle thousands isn't on her priority list. She refuses to communicate, via phone, e-mail, or in person. The manager told my mom that she "didn't have any more time for this" and that "she asked Nikelle to come out but she can't make her." The manager also told her that one of her treatments was in October. They cancelled that appointment the day before. She wasn't in the building that day. They tried to cheat her out of a treatment and take advantage of my mom, causing a ton of distress. I was present via phone for this entire incident. I've worked in healthcare for years. I've never seen a provider refuse to talk to a patient, especially when it's about the provider's own inadequacy. The only appropriate response would've been to be apologize and face the mistake with the appropriate refund (not the one on their joke refund policy, but that's another story) of the services not rendered after such inconvenience. According to the website, Nikelle is a "fearless leader who has put her heart and soul into this company." Well, that claim doesn't involve having a simple conversation with a patient. Long story short, once they have your money, they do not care what happens. I feel sorry for the girls that work there, and I feel that their medical director should be embarrassed to endorse it. Nikelle puts the other employees in uncomfortable conversations due to her own unprofessionalism, and she does not give them the resources or authority to help. Go ANYWHERE else. It will be easy to find an aesthetics place that has integrity.

    This place is absolutely Great! Can't say nothing bad about it. Hands down the best aesthetics place there is.

From the second I set foot in there, the staff made me feel so incredibly welcome. My mom also started going with me, and she feels the exact same way about their whole entire team. I have gotten services from several different people in there, and every single person has gone above and beyond to make me feel special, and have my service be nothing short of amazing. The front staff ALONE should win an award for their customer service. I am telling you they absolutely go above and beyond. They talk to you like you're their best friend and i'm not over exaggerating! I have also been over the top happy with my botox results. I started coming for my wedding, but will never stop coming to see these guys. I feel that I look the best I ever have thanks to them. I have continuously left dissatisfied with the overall results, professionalism from the injectors, staff and customer experience. Wrinkles reappear a month post service and they blame the customer. Injectors are quick to reframe valid concerns on metabolism pharmacodynamics and lack of education. I have been getting Botox my entire adult life and never had an experience like this for this high cost by novice injectors. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
