The front staff ALONE should win an award for their customer service. I am telling you they absolutely go above and beyond. They talk to you like you're their best friend and i'm not over exaggerating! I have also been over the top happy with my botox results. I started coming for my wedding, but will never stop coming to see these guys. I feel that I look the best I ever have thanks to them. I found Tracey through a Groupon and was pretty wary because I had a couple less-than-stellar experiences with other estheticians. After researching and reading great reviews online, I decided to take a chance to visit her. As an actor and print model, my skin is an important asset and as I've gotten older, I've discovered that my oily and acne-prone skin had been taking its toll. In the past several months, Tracey has completely transformed my skin through her sorcery. I'm incredulous how after all the years of damage that has been done to my face has been reversed in a matter of weeks. I am a 40 year old male with a Pacific Islander background and people mistaken me for early-to-mid 20s every day. Tracey is so well-knowledged in her craft and will customize a course of action and a routine to suit each person individually. I have had microdermabrasion, chemical peels and, my favorite, Laser Pixel all at ridiculously affordable prices. Tracey truly loves what she does and is a truly wonderful person. She is a necessity to anyone's glam squad and I highly recommend her above any other in the area!

All of the associates were wearing masks. I had to fill out some new paperwork and snagged a seat. I was literally the only person in the entire waiting room and I didn't even get to finish the papers because I was called for my appointment! Usually I'm used to waiting a few minutes for appointments but not here; I was taken back to my room right away. I was a little nervous for this appointment because I made it to get a mole removed on my back. I was told the process would be painless but anything with any needles (even momentary for numbing) scares me. Kristin, one of the Physician Assistants here was incredible. She was so friendly and easy to have conversation with. She walked me through the process of the mole removal and by the time she was done talking I didn't even know it was finished!!! I was so so happily surprised with how painless this experience actually was. She gave me some Polysporin ointment for the biopsy area and some advice for care. After the small procedure, I went to the desk to check out and finish my papers. I even had two associates helping me at once- how cool is that? One took my card for payment and the other was scheduling my next appointment. The fastest appointment I've ever been to in my life ha! The biopsy area on my back is healing well and I highly recommend this Dermatologist if anyone is in need. Thank you so much ladies for your smiles and making my visit so pleasant!

I spent nearly $4,000 at this medspa on several facials and laser hair removal sessions, and unfortunately I have little to no results to show for it. The treatments were incredibly expensive, and I expected to see at least some improvement, but that simply wasn't the case. One of the biggest reasons I purchased a package was because I was told it would be a customized treatment plan tailored to my skin concerns. However, when I later asked Nikelle for the treatment plan I had paid for, I was told there wasn't actually a treatment plan. Instead, she explained that she just looks at my skin when I come in and decides what I need at that appointment. That was not what I thought I was signing up for, and it left me feeling confused and disappointed. The entire experience felt very unorganized and lacking in communication. For the amount of money I invested, I expected more transparency, more guidance, and most importantly, results. When I expressed my concerns, I didn't feel like they were taken seriously or addressed in a meaningful way. I did not come back to Accelerated Aesthetics after being so upset and reaching out the owner about my concerns. I left feeling extremely disappointed, overcharged, and frustrated. Spending almost $4,000 on treatments that produced little to no results is not something I can overlook, and I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.
