In need of physical therapy after a hip replacement, I looked online and chose Stewart Physical…read moreTherapy based on their client reviews, and was not disappointed.I found that the therapists at Stewart treat the whole person, not just your p/t need.  By that I mean, they are concerned about the whole you; how you are doing, are you meeting your goals, do you feel well, concerned about your well being, your attitude towards your recovery.  Over the past two years I've been to three  physical therapy providers after joint replacements and Stewart is by far the best.  I would certainly choose Stewart again and will recommend them to others.   Everyone at the Salisbury location: Leslie, Sandy, Seth, Scott and Brad, were true professionals, highly skilled and I looked forward to seeing them.  It was kind of bittersweet when my need for p/t came to a close because they all became part of my routine and though p/t can be a chore and you have to do it, they all made it as enjoyable as possible.  Getting appointments was easy, changing appointments was easy, office and reception are welcoming and the equipment top notch. Other physical therapy providers that I've been to were certainly capable of getting me to where I needed to be with recovery, but I felt it was more of an assembly line process and you were definitely on the clock (in and out like clockwork).  Staff at Stewart all welcome you and are genuinely glad you are there. I have found that they actually make you want to come back!  If you are invested in your recovery through physical therapy, Stewart Physical Therapy will be with you all the way and will make sure your goals are met to make you the best you possible.

I learned a lot with Brittany and I am definitely going to start back. Beck has a easier approach than most therapy but definitely is very professional and knows what he is doing. Ej has a little bit stronger approach but he is absolutely good at what he does. Brittany's approach was different but after she explained to me what the out come would be I understood. I will definitely be going back and look forward to working with all 3 and others that work there take what they do to heart and make sure they give 100 percent to each person they are working on . I give 10 stars to the company in a whole. I have been to many therapists in my years and none match up to them. I highly recommend. Hats off to front desk receptionist also very professional and makes sure everything is in order. Sorry for any typos, these small keys are not the best lol

42yr old Female - I had hip surgery to have my labrum repaired on May 20, 2024. I picked Benchmark…read moreTherapy ahead of time after calling around to several physical therapists. Once I had my surgery, I was not able to see the same therapist, due to an illness and then a vacation. I had widely varied activities with each therapist. Later, I began to get frustrated because I was having to pay out-of-pocket $110 per visit twice a week (no insurance) and be ignored for most of the time because each therapist is split between two patients. When I finally hit week four on Monday, June 17th, my protocol was supposed to change. My therapist never consulted the new protocol. I believe it's because she went from seeing two patients and without a break seeing two more patients. She assured me I had no more restrictions. This is when I finally realized what the problem was, she did not have time to record or consult any notes. When I got home and asked my surgeon to send me the protocol, I realized my therapist had me completing aggressive exercises that I was NOT cleared to do as well as forgoing exercises that I should've been doing all along. I was in a lot of pain for the next two days and couldn't even sit correctly. I am devastated at the thought that this negligence has possibly destroyed my surgical repair that has cost me more than $7,000 (my part) and equally destroyed my hopes for restoration. My trust is completely gone. I understand you have a business run and money to make, but this is people's lives and their one chance to heal.
