This place is an embarrassment to Davidson County. If a weight-loss competitor opens, this place is *justifiably* over. 1st IMPRESSION- Less than 1 Star. This place! Where should I start? Let's begin with 1st impressions. "Abysmal" mauve walls, old dingy wallpaper, old dingy drop-ceiling etc.. It feels mold-ridden & dirty. This place hasn't had a vendor that cared about it in at least 40 yrs.. The front desk looks like it had a coat of paint, as if that's all this dump needed- but that's it. Even the majority of magazines are old. The environment is an old hodgepodge of everything. There's no thought or regard to the depressing atmosphere, or customer experience- except for the Christian radio station pumping over the speaker (like it or not). Most businesses use Jazz or instrumentals for good reason; it would be far more ambient, and appropriate, for a "public" lobby, and most businesses got that memo long ago. I never departed this place without having "OMG" moments! I dreaded going in, and couldn't wait to leave. Instead of a pleasure, it always felt like a task because the environment was awful, the wait time was ridiculous, and the manager had the personality of a blank sheet of paper. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR TIME- Customer conversations can be distinctly overheard due to room walls that don't go to the ceiling. More often than not, the conversations consisted of lengthy, completely unnecessary, marathons over details of the weather, vacations, movies, kids at college, sports competitions, work issues, and a plethora of unrelated issues out the wazoo. Conversations or "consultations" went FAAR longer than just "nicities." Weather one wants to or not, you can't help to overhear. I scrolled my phone to pass time and try to tune-out the what you couldn't help but overhear. I could be left waiting up to nearly 30 mins. after my appt. time, sometimes as the next person AFTER me would arrive. Rambling conversations about everything EXCEPT weight mgmt. was the norm. Even though the bell on the door rang, it never really seemed to matter. Not once did Julie come out to offer any "anything" about running late. It was obvious she didn't care- after all, you have to sign a CONTRACT FOR A YEAR, and PAY $600 up front, in addition to buying their protein packets each week. The SAME stuff available on Amazon. Because of the contract and $$$ paid up front, most likely despite what they entail, no one is going anywhere. PHONE EDIQUITT- None. Forget leaving a Message on the phone- she doesn't return phone calls out of any sence of professionalism or courtesy. However, if she closes early, I have arrived to a locked door, with NO PHONE CALL, and no note on the door- nothing to save myself a 30 mile round trip. STAFF- My "nutrionalist" (Mgr. Julie) could be personable at times, but rarely. Her smile was disingenuous & seemed to be forced most often. Reading body language speaks volumes. She doesn't pick up on social Q's or seems to care about "overstepping" what's acceptable. But, with no weight loss competition in town, I'm sure the revolving door will keep moving. CONCLUSION- Value your time, & buy your own protein powder, or get the SAME PROTEIN PKTS. FROM AMAZON for the same price, & live on chicken, fish, & vegetables! Save yourself the time-suck, & expense of going to this dump with piss-poor treatment. I endured this place for year- never again. Either clean it up and restaff the management, or shut it down.

The pale pinks and white colors really help you feel at ease. The office smells amazing, it is super clean and every staff member I encountered were all super kind and accommodating. They were playing Christian music, which I personally enjoy. The owner is a beautiful, kind and loving Christian woman. I feel strongly that a business owner and the people they choose to hire absolutely makes or breaks a business. This lady has chosen wisely and will absolutely continue to have much success at this treasure of a business. Leslie did my 60 min massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best I've ever had! She did a deep tissue massage but unlike other massage therapists, she didn't leave me hurting afterwards. The perfect combination of deep tissue work and a relaxing massage. I absolutely recommend this spa and will be telling my friends and family to try it out for their many services! They also sell lots of high quality skin care products as well as make up. They are located inside a business park that is off the main road so they aren't easily visible but there is a sign at the main road (Randolph).

Anyway, a few weeks later I get a bill for almost 500$. I called Danielle and said it was a mistake and it would be written off. Again she Told me consultation was no charge. This was August 2022. I am still waiting for the credit. They billed BCBSNC for things that Never happened during a consultation. I'm livid and they know it. I will not stop until this is over. Shady does not begin to describe their business model. I have contacted corporate and will again. This happened at the Salisbury NC office. But, I understand it happens at all their offices.
