Every single staff member was extremely professional, but caring and compassionate in their approach to me and my treatments. They are prompt - I never had to wait past my appointment time. The providers administering and assisting with my treatments were competent and always concerned about my comfort during the treatments. I also appreciate the COVID-19 precautions and other infection control measures that were consistently enforced inside of the office and during treatments. I highly recommend this center and their staff. I didn't have time for that because of work. I finally went in to see Dr Bethea. She did my PRP on my right shoulder and right knee (due to a fall) in 2016. I was pain free until I fell and tore my rotator cuff yet again. Again the Ortho Dr wanted to do surgery. I went back for PRP in June 2020. My right shoulder is pain free again. My first visit was good. They did a nerve conduction test on my spine and the doctors were very…read morethorough and supportive. The staff at the front window are very friendly and helpful. After that initial visit, however, everything went downhill. The guy that does the urinalysis is rude, but not nearly as rude as one of the women (nurse?) that reviews your paperwork. To begin with, you must fill out a 28-page questionnaire for your first visit, then a 22-page follow-up questionnaire on each subsequent monthly visit. This is basically a pill-pushing clinic, where they treat you like a junkie and make you jump through ridiculous hoops every month in order to get your opioids. I never saw the doctor beyond the first visit, only NAs or PAs who were judgmental and accusatory. The doctor ordered a back brace for me, and told me to make sure that I received it on my next visit. I asked for it repeatedly, but never received it. My first visit was also only four days after surgery, and naturally the surgeon prescribed pain medication for me, but since he wasn't my PCP, I was accused of "Docor Shopping". Bottom line, this place really sucks!

Dr. V saw me this morning for initial assessment and brought me back in the afternoon for my first epidural injection. It was easy peasy. Just a little pressure, not painful. Will hope for results within a week. The second injection will be done in two weeks. This clinic was filled with patients. So many people out here in pain.
