I have been getting massages from Healing Hands for a couple years. Every person that has given me a massage has been professional and has had a caring attitude. I'm always encouraged to be a part of the massage plan, let them know how this feels or how that's working for me. Due to my regular person not being available when I was due for my appointment, I was encouraged to get an appointment with Allie since she'd had a cancellation that afternoon. My back was in need of some major help so I jumped at the chance! As soon as we were talking and working out how to help my back, I knew Allie was going to be my Massage Person! She knew exactly what kind of pain I was dealing with because she had similar experiences. This angel of mercy worked on my back and she was switching up the plan so I had several "hot spots" go back to being just "spots"! She was so knowledgeable regarding pressure points and muscle configurations. I left feeling way more better than I was going into my appointment. Visited this practice for a couple years. I was scheduled on two occasions and the chiropractor was out of office. Waste of time and money. GSP up charges for treatment you MAY get. My copay is $20 but was told there is an extra $35 incase I have other therapies. I've also never had a chiropractic office charge for a first time exam, $125 when you have a month or two between visits. You should be a patient of record. I will not be returning. read more

Dr. Rodulfo is the best, and I highly recommend him! There's no other chiropractor I'd rather see, especially when I'm in pain. He also treats my wife and kids. For three years, my five-year-old daughter complained about an intermittent acute neck pain, usually while riding in the car. Neither her primary care providers nor a pediatric orthopedist were able to figure out what was causing the pain. Dr. Rodulfo diagnosed her in about 10 minutes, and provided a short term treatment plan that cured her condition. read more

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Rodolfo way back when he was on Cornwallis within the Podiatry Center. Now his staff has expanded but he managed to increase the quality without extra costs to his patients. Dr Carlos and Dr Matt are amazing. Everyone's Active Release techniques is what allowed me to still do ballet at high performance level in my early 40s, which is a miracle. The front staff, from Victoria to Karen, are super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dr Pat has great insights on how to not only get you healthy, but to improve your quality of life. New massage therapist Michelle insists on violating the rights of the disabled under the ADA by refusing to work in the presence of medical assistance K-9 based on personal feelings towards dogs as a species, nothing more. I also reported my incident to ADA, reporting her and the manager. I am a disabled army veteran with multiple conditions my animal monitors and responds to while expertly respecting the rights of the general public and business according to ADA law. Manager of message portion singled me out while in the waiting room alone and illegally denied service without cause violating my civil rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I had received services on many occasions before and the main difference this time was a new therapist that does not like dogs even when the dog itself is not causing a problem, no accommodation is needed and no interference with the way they conduct business. The employee and manager insisted on creating a problem where their was not one. I drove 2 hours round trip because it was the option the VA gave me. I won't be back, it's not worth going somewhere that waste tax dollars to deny a service in such a disrespectful way. read more

Review on Damian Rudolpho I had a concussion that took 3 yrs to heal. I went to see Dr Rudolpho for spinal alignment while visiting family, but mentioned the past concussion and neck pain. He asked to work on my neck, I said Ok but only if he doesn't touch my brain or head. I said this 3 or more times, yet he did it anyway, directly after I pointed out the vulnerable spot and verbally said for the forth time-"This is the place you cannot touch." After my appointment I was completely wrecked, with a new concussion, throwing up and unable to read, drive, process information and work for 2 months after seeing him. Later that night I called to inform him I was exponentially worse and to revisit how I told him not to touch my brain. He didn't return my call, check up on me, or apologize. He had his assistant call me. She was lovely and a kind soul. When a human being and client says to the doctor-do not touch me here-there should be no problem with following the patients need. I know my body, what it's been through and how hard I worked to feel better. He didn't listen, ignored my body, my truth and my health. Bottom line-DO NOT TOUCH ME HERE-is not a suggestion. Side bar- He didn't do x-rays prior to touching my neck or body, despite my asking his staff for it prior to seeing him. He did help my neck's range of motion with his massage technique. (This was prior to ignoring and hurting me) It appears he attends workshops to learn about brain healing. Yet no accreditation on the Doctors website he trained under. There are other people in the research triangle area licensed and accredited in this "concussion technique" he claims to know. read more

I have never experienced more pain at the hands of a health professional as I did with Dr. Rodolfo. An X-ray was not taken, treatment was extremely painful to the point I almost passed out and assistant thought she was treating my lower back, not my neck. I have since visited another chiropractor that took an X-ray, showed and explained the serious condition of my neck and upper back and provided treatment in a caring way. Pricing was more reasonable, staff was very professional, office was very clean and I feel I am now on the right treatment path. I cannot recommend Dr. Rodolfo. read more

Healing Hands is excellent. I first starting going just because I felt like I needed an adjustment. Before my appointment I happened pulled my hamstring in soccer, which I fully expected to put me on the sidelines for a month or two. I first met with Dr. Rudulfo who after testing my range of motion and learning about my hamstring issue, quickly began working on the hamstring in addition to the work on the back discomforts that I went there for. He said with full confidence that with one or two more sessions I would be back on the field. His confidence was inspiring but I was skeptical because of how bad the pull was. I then scheduled two appointments. One the following Monday and one the following Saturday. After the Monday sessions my leg felt way better but just to be safe I decided to go to another session before playing again. I didn't realize this at the time but because my next appointment was on Saturday I was schedule with Dr. Megan Hendell instead of Dr. Rudulfo. I was a bit concerned just because of the work Dr. Rudulfo was doing with my leg but Dr. Hendell was just as effective. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and athletics. Not only was she able to continue and finish the work Dr. Rudulfo was doing on my leg but she was also able to give me advice in my lifts and recovery that would help me avoid those issues again. I now go every other week just because it is helping me feel and perform better on the field and in the gym. Both doctors are very friendly and excellent at what they do. 10/10! read more

Very friendly front staff. The chiropractors are both athletes, familiar with sports injuries and very attentive to what is bothering you. The office is clean and they have a great rehab room where they show you stretches and movements for you to do at home. Overall very happy I found them and will be recommending them from now on. read more
