My first and only visit was a huge waste of time. I was there for 2 hours sitting in the waiting area and completing an abundance of paperwork that I previously completed online and had to repeat once I was in the office. I also received a tour of the office which I felt was not necessary because I could stand in one spot and see the entire office. The staff was not friendly or welcoming for a new patient, not one person introduced themselves or welcomed me to the office. I never received an adjustment and it was suggested I come back another day for that. Really.... I been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours.... No thank you. read more

I've been a patient at Love Chiropractic Center for about 6 years and I must say I have no regrets. Dr Timothy Love treats everyone like family, he always has a big smile and a kind word for everyone. All of the doctors (Dr Love, Ryan, Lee, Phillip and Sean) have a great bedside manner and they all know their stuff. I never feel rushed, and my questions and concerns are always of importance to the doctors and the staff. They are very accommodating with scheduling and appointments. Love Chiropractic Center is very active in the community, they have a Tuesday night class that teaches anyone interested about the importance of Chiropractic care. Love Chiropractic Center is always doing interesting campaigns to help their patients and the community. read more

Love Chiropractic Center - Inside view - Chiropractors Near Me - Concord, North Carolina

Dr. Love's skills and abilities to helped me walk again like a normal person should, after a very bad accident I was in. They helped send the billing to the insurance companies, always kept me advised about my progress and asked if any new concerns popped up. I highly recommend any of the chiropractors at any of the locations. read more

Dr Polo and his staff have probably saved me from surgery. My shoulders have been hurting for over a year. 3 or 4 adjustments and I'm pain free. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. The staff is AMAZING! They are so kind and accommodating. read more

I am currently being treated at Love Chiropractor for a car accident. I have seen great improvement in so many areas! The team of doctors are dedicated to your overall health and in addition to great treatment they offer alot of advice about how to improve your pain at home with stretch and techniques maneuvers. The office staff are equally as great! I will continue to use Love Chiropractor for total body healing for years to come! read more

I have been a patient here for years. I appreciate the ease in getting in to be seen. They have a large enough staff to get checked in and seen pretty quickly. They also have therapy tables and other types of solutions to spinal pain. I have seen every chiropractor on staff and they are all equally as good. The building is nice, clean, and spacious. The employees are friendly. I recommend this practice. read more

The benefit of this place is that it's clean and the people are nice. But the reasons to stay away are far more- They charge far too much money for lackluster service. They want you to do an expensive evaluation that makes absolutely no difference in your treatment. And lastly, the front desk, while nice, seems completely incapable of charging insurance properly, and when asked about it to their only available email address, nothing comes of it. I've done a good two month stint here, and it helped slightly (but not as much as mobility, massage, yoga and exercise), and in a dire emergency returned once a year after being let down by their lack of customize care, only to be told I must be reevaluated before any sort of adjustment could take place. $90 dollars later, billed incorrectly, I went to my massage therapist (who I would have seen if he had availability rather than return to Love) and was instantly better, far beyond a 15m, base standard adjustment. The reviews here that are positive? They mean well. Perhaps this place is for you. But if you have any other option, I gain nothing in telling you to go elsewhere. I hope they figure out how to be customer facing, as much of the staff are personable and affable. But this service and billing can't be condoned. read more

I was in my first car accident and Love and it's staff were very comforting and knowledgeable about my back and neck injury. Great people, great treatment would 10/10 recommend to a friend! read more

I started going to Love Chiropractic in Concord NC because I wanted to get back into running. From the very first day, I have always been greeted with welcoming smiles. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Love have been amazing in helping myself and my husbands aches and hurts! For starters after my husbands accidents the front staff wasted NO time working him in the very next morning to be treated, even though they had no openings. Since then (aprox 4 weeks) they have treated his back, neck and shoulder. His shoulder wasn't even involved in his accident and he stated that it feels better than it has ever felt. The staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! I purchased one of their large ice packs and dropped it the same day, which caused it to bust. When I told the staff what happened they immediately replaced it at no cost. Who does that anymore these days?! My family and I strongly recommend Love Chiropractor to family, friends and anyone! read more

Worst experience ever. You spend 1/2 the time getting training videos on the clinic and setup then get shuttle to exam room without any sanitary covering on exam table with outdated equipment only to be told you come back to another appointment for a doctor consult and meeting with patient billing. Milk insurance! Billed $40 for "put ice on it" from a front desk clerk. Terrible! read more

I love, Dr. Love and Dr. Ryan have been coming to the center for the past several years. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I can even walk in with no questions asked if needing an adjustment. I had bursitis of the left hip and 2 bludging disk in my neck issues for years. I can truly say I have always been a skeptic of the chrioprators until the Docs got rid of my hip and neck pain that cortisone shots did not. Well I am now a believer. read more

Dr. Love goes above and beyond to help his patients. He has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced with a doctor. He made my mom feel completely at ease knowing she was nervous about her hip issues. Dr. Love took extra time to explain what plan she needs to get better and the staff is so pleasant, professional and just so helpful as well. read more

My first (and only) visit was surprisingly awful. After being treated by a number of chiropractors in HI, NY and NC, I wanted to try this doctor because we attend the same church. Although I scheduled an appointment for an adjustment, I did not receive one and no staff member told me until I was finished. I DID receive an abundance of paperwork to complete (on paper and a computer), a tour of the office (?!), x-rays and an overall examination in my underwear with another staff member present. This visit took 2 1/2 hours without receiving any relief (an adjustment). Based on my previous experience with chiropractors, this was a complete waste of my time and money! Would never ever return. read more

I've been to many chiropractors, and none of them are as knowledgable and friendly as at Love Chiropractic! They make it affordable for you to achieve great health through chiropractic care! read more

I have been coming here for a year now and see a tremendous difference in my mobility. Both Dr. Love and Dr. Ryan are very professional and caring. Before coming here I could barely walk or get up and down without pain. The treatments have given me a new lease on life. Mobility is freedom! I would recommend to anyone! read more

This place is great!! Dr. Love and his staff are great. Before I started going to Love Chiropractic Center I was having migraine headaches everyday and eating Excedrin migraine tablets like candy because of it. One Friday I could take it anymore and I went to Love Chiropractic Center and they discovered I did not have a curve in my neck which was causing my problems. After a couple of adjustments my headaches has disappeared for good. read more

230 dollars spent and only mid back was cracked. Plz read all money no results. Me and my mom went there and they walked us through the whole area and made us sit and watch a short film about the place and chiropractic care. After 30 min of filling out forms on a computer so they knew what was wrong after being there for 2 hours they then put us in xrays without asking so they could "see what's wrong" aka so they could charge us more money without asking than after being there for 2 hours and 30 min they told us our adjustment was tmw. The next day rolls by they cracked my neck and mid back that's it no lower back (my biggest complaint) no shoulders no foot alignment 4 cracks that's all I got than they sent me to therapy as if it was apart of the 30 dollar adjustment it wasn't they never stated it would cost extra 40 dollars extra so now we have spent 230 for nothing chiropractic care should not be done like this read more

I am so excited to share the progress i have seen after being treated here for only a couple of weeks. I get terrible headaches and have had a constant tinge of a headache for a while now. Ive tried rx meds, otc meds, natural remedies, nothing has helped. Until I came here. I highly recommend this practice. They do not adjust you on the first visit (as someone else stated in a review), but I have been so impressed with the quick progress that has been made! Feeling so much better! read more
