I also received a tour of the office which I felt was not necessary because I could stand in one spot and see the entire office. The staff was not friendly or welcoming for a new patient, not one person introduced themselves or welcomed me to the office. I never received an adjustment and it was suggested I come back another day for that. Really.... I been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours.... No thank you.

I greatly appreciate the respect this establishment has for their patients time. The physicians and staff here are thoroughly friendly, professional and top notch! I like the automated call the day prior to your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the bathrooms are "pristine." They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.

During initial exam I was informed that they would not be doing the adjustment today and I would have to come back tomorrow. I let them know that this would not align with my schedule and requested to be adjusted today. Dr Rob stated to me that if he adjusted today that he would risk losing his chiropractic license. I know this to bold faced because I have been adjusted same day numerous times at several chiropractors in the past. I asked if I returned tomorrow if the adjustment would be included in the new patient pricing and he said no and that that would be an entirely different fee we would discuss after completion of the exam!
