Always great chiropractic care. Very thorough. The front office team is efficient and friendly.

I've never been to the chiropractor, and my experience with both doctors has been wonderfully proactive for my well being and health. I was worried I would need surgeries to fix my pain but now I have no pain, noticeable deeper breathing and ability to want to exercise again. Wonderful staff, easy scheduling. Thanks ya'll!! read more

Great chiropractor services & wonderful staff!! Been going there for 5 years!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Shaun treated my hip with Shock Wave Therapy. What impressed me was that Dr. Simmer, who normally does my adjustments, checked my spine first to make sure the hip pain wasn't from a back issue. Then he consulted Dr. Shaun before the treatment. They both looked at my x-ray together. Dr. Shaun was very thorough and careful with my treatment. I really appreciate the level of care that both doctors took with me! read more

I couldn't even move my neck back enough to lay my head on a bed, that is until Dr. Simmer started treating me. I consider myself fixed but continue two years later for maintenance. When my sciatica started acting up, he fixed that too! I strongly recommend Spine Chiro! read more

I have a feeling, that this review could backfire on me, and create future scheduling challenges. Dr. Michael Simmer and his staff (Kristen and Aundrea) are truly above and beyond from the second you walk in. It won't take long for you to feel you're a new member of the Spine Chiropractic Family. I would invite you to try them first, then good luck in finding anyone better in the entire area. Speaking from my own experience. Dr. Simmer has been incredible for the past five years, and has kept me away from needing back surgery. On my behalf and my wife's, we say thank you for all you have done. O. Dr. Chris is a great Chiropractor. Very attentive to needs of each patient, along with being very friendly and nice.

You can't go wrong with spine chiropractic. Great staff and Drs. Ben going there for years to stay adjusted and I'm good spine health .

Had the best adjustments for things that were "off" after fractured hip surgery in October. I had been at a loss of what to do or who to see for knee pain and back alignment issues. I returned to Spine this week and have been treated by both Dr. Simmers - Michael and Shaun - each with their own treatment style . On the road to walking upright and without a limp ! read more

I went for my monthly adjustment and met a new Dr. I was hesitant at first because Dr Simmer is so good at assessing and treating my specific issues. Well the new Dr did almost exactly what Dr Simmer does. His technique is the same. I highly recommend giving him a try. I've been going to Chiropractors for over 40 years, these are the best. read more

Without question the best chiropractor I have ever had. I am in my early 70s, and Dr. Simmers has been able to rejuvenate and maintain my back and neck. No more pain! I can enjoy everyday life again without considering whether this next movement will hurt. The staff is excellent and very caring. I haven't experienced a long wait. I was surprised to see another reviewer degrade their rating because of the waiting in the office. Waiting has nothing to do with results. Yes, he is busy because he is an excellent doctor; well worth a wait if there is one. read more

My sister and best friend finally talked me in to going to Dr. Simmer after my friend went one time and was relieved of headaches. I was in a lot of pain. So bad that I was wanting prescribed medicine to kill the pain. I suffered from headaches for over 20 years. Which lead me to self medicating them because doctors could not figure them out. I fell 16 foot flat on my back and started having the headaches. Worked its way to my back. Two years ago I was hit in the head with a piece of plywood. From there things got worse. My head hurt everyday, the pain started spreading down my neck, and into my back. A few days before I went the pain was so bad that is was going down my right arm. I was having problems sleeping well, vision was blurred, no energy, and my mood was a struggle. I went for the first visit and everyone there is very friendly. They took ex-rays and then I was shown how the fall over 20 years ago messed me up. I got an adjustment and it was instant relief. That night my vision was better, the pain in my arm was gone, and headache went away. I have been 4 times now and I feel like I have a new life. No headache, no arm pain, no neck pain, vision is better and I do not have to wear my reading glasses now, sleeping so good now that I do not want to get up in the mornings, and my mood is so much better (I do not hate the world anymore). A few nights ago I was actually chasing my 4yo grandson around the house and felt great about doing that. I highly recommend Dr. Simmer and Crew. They are very friendly and greet you with smiles. They are honest with you about what is wrong and treatment plan. Spine Chiropratic has changed my life! read more

I'd heard good things about this practice, so I made an appointment for today, Nov 9, 2020. Against a backdrop of an unprecedented 23% increase in COVID cases in the same county as this practice (Lincoln) and a 129% increase in new cases in the same zip code (28027), two (out of two) front staff were maskless, and over a 10 minute period, only one out of six patients in the waiting room or leaving the office was wearing a mask. Consider lying face down (and inhaling) on a table where other patients were breathing all day without a mask on, and being directly--and closely--cared for by someone also not wearing a mask. Simply changing the paper on an exam room table won't cut it for COVID with patients and staff exhaling all round the table and room. As someone who has been in healthcare for 40 years, I was absolutely stunned. read more

Awesome set of doctors there! Just recently started going there and they are working hard to get me back on track and are not giving up on me! Highly recommend the both of them, there are 2 there which are husband and wife. Very compassionate and caring staff overall!
