I had a broken screen on one laptop, which he was able to replace quickly and for significantly less than quoted by other computer repair companies in the area. He did a great job, and not only was he knowledgeable in multiple areas (such as computer repair, cyber security, and web development), but he was also very security conscious (he had me take my hard drive, not only for insurance purposes, but to ensure that my data was protected). He did a great job on the laptop screen replacement and I actually had him look at another computer that had previously "died" according to Geek Squad and which was going to cost me an extraordinary amount of money to fix - according to them, the keyboard and the hard drive needed to be replaced and the data on the dead hard drive was non-recoverable. Jeff worked his magic on it, and while the hard drive was not fully recoverable, he was able to recover a decent portion of it, while replacing the hard drive (including installing a new OS on a previously well-worn system) all while being very cost-conscious. Oh, and, the keyboard didn't need to be replaced at all. So much for those other guys :-P As it stands, I would definitely recommend going to Jeff for any computer repair needs. I will certainly do so in the future. Overall, he is very knowledgeable - and while he may not have focused specifically on computer repair in the past, his depth of knowledge in multiple areas can make the solution all the better.

    My wife got cussed out by an employee in the print department over the phone. We escalated to the…read moremanager and he told me that he didn't hear it, we don't know who did it, and the print department said it didn't happen. I'm leaving a review to warn others of this place disrespecting customers without taking accountability. I understand hearsay is a tough thing to cut through as a manager, but they have someone in the print department that doesn't need to work in customer service and there is nothing being done. So here it is. Wife ordered from the print department for something with work and called asking a if it was there as it has not been there before when she ordered it a month back. When she called, they needed to put her on hold, once the hold stopped they said "print department". So my wife started asking if her print was there, and around 5 words in, the hold music starts again. She sat on hold a little longer before she had to hang up while getting ready for work. She called back right before leaving the house and the same man answered and immediately said "don't act like I can't hear you talking fucking shit" and immediately hung up. She didn't talk shit, she told me what has happened in an annoyed tone while she was unexpectedly thrown into hold in the middle of her talking. That's when I called and spoke with the manager. He was defensive but apologized saying that the internet was acting funny but saying he would address it. My wife went to pick up her order which was there this time. She talked to the manager to address the treatment over the phone. He said I spoke to your husband over the phone and took what his employees said as the truth as at this point, there was no name given over the phone so it's just his word against ours. Therefore this review is necessary. I hope y'all learn to control your emotions before speaking to a young woman that way. Extremely disrespectful, especially from well grown men. But for customers, this happened today. So hopefully they either control their behavior or move into a different role because you can't talk to people that way. Especially as a business

This is the most knowledgeable and helpful guy you will meet in the metro. He had solved the issue I was having with my BIOS, installed the card properly, and installed windows 11 for me all within a 2 hours. I will be recommending all my friends and family if they ever need help with their computer. I called M&M computers and got ahold of Mike the owner right away. He was very open to my schedule, helped me pick out the replacement parts for the laptop and even made a house call to install the new hard drive. He reinstalled everything I needed, saved files from the damaged drive, and got it up and running in very little time. He even helped me with cleaning up my desktop hard drives of all the accumulated junk and clutter that slowed them down. Mike was pleasant, explained what he was doing, and was very professional.
