    I have been going to this UPS in Pataskala for years. In the past, the service has always been…read morenothing less than efficient and customer oriented. However, the only "notary" there is sending business to Kroger and making customers return to the bmv because they do not know what they are doing. The "notary" said she usually made people go and get additional car titles because they had to be filled out entirely in front of her. She referred me and many other customers (her words) to the nearby Kroger to the extent that they called and thanked her for so much business (100% her own words). I tried to explain to them that are verifying the signatory not the document content, -to no avail. After leaving UPS, I went to the Bremen bank nearby and got my document successfully notarized for free without issue. I returned to the Pataskala UPS store to cordially inform the young person that "notaries notarize the signature, and do not require filling the entirety of the document out in front of them," after verifying with the other notaries at the bank. I also cordially informed them that they were making UPS lose money by referring customers that they could transact with if they had correct information, to which they rolled their eyes, and then so passive-aggressive replied "Oh-Kaaaaaaaaaaaay," loudly in front of other customers, as if to refuse acknowledging what they told me. They were rude to me and unapologetic about sending people back to wait through the huge lines at the bmv. It did not register to them that they were spreading misinformation, even when presented with facts. Instead, they continues to send people (and revenue) away to spend more of their money and time getting additional vehicle titles that they "required as a notary" to be filled out, from "top to bottom," all "completely in front of them." They became increasingly hostile in their tone as I, again calmly and cordially, explained that their information is not correct. I will not be returning to the Pataskala UPS for future business after almost ten years of my continued business. My advice is go elsewhere to get better (and correct) customer service. Fair warning: Beware of the person with the calling themselves a notary.

My first red flag should have been once my factoring company refused to factor with them due to their poor payment or should I say non payment rating. One of my drivers delivered a load for them on June 3, 2024, and by June 6, 2024. I communicated with Zack Gessner their ops manager and sent over their ACH payment form along with the POD, BOL and rate con. The load we carried was for $3000 and after numerous phone calls to the accounting department where we got a hold of Mara Flood that we found out later is their Chief of Staff of Evolve Global Logistics. But when you call the accounting department she acts like she doesn't know anything and is just a regular worker. When I asked to talk to someone in management she always claims they are not accepting emails or out of the office. After she told me that they pay on net 30 and it's going on 60 days is absolutely ridiculous and it's a shame that brokers like Evolve Global Logistics are allowed to operate and steal money from hard working carriers. I promise that they have been paid already by the shipper for this load but they refuse to pay my company for the work that we provided for them. We picked up on time and delivered a day early. I was told last week that we would be paid last Monday by Mara Flood and when I called she said that it's been pushed back and she doesn't know when or have a date when we will be paid. She always has an attitude when you call like you owe them something. All you have to do is google them and see all 19 reviews of frustrated carriers that have not been paid by Evolve Global Logistics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER, they should be shut down by the FMCSA. Make sure you have all of your documentation in order. We have already filed a claim against their insurance bond. We also filed a complaint with the FMCSA through the National Consumer Complaint Data base, Better Business Bureau, Google, and now Yelp. Next is reaching out to their management team which are all on yelp, Carlton D. Dean III (CEO), John Bush (President), and Mara Flood (Chief of staff) that acts like she's just a retailer worker and don't know anything. I will not stop until I get my $3000 that they owe my company.

After numerous emails with their A/P Team and the broker we will never run for them again. They are currently $13,200 overdue with us. We pay carriers in 2-7 days with no quick pay fees. As a follow up on this review. Evolve has finally paid our invoices. Here was the process you will have to follow to get paid by them. First keep every record you have on your communications with them. Repeatedly ask them for payment. When they keep deferring you will have to hire a lawyer to file a claim against their surety bound. Nationwide insurance will tell you there are several claims against them for the same issue because they wait until someone threatens to sue them or file a claim on their surety bond before paying the claim. This will cost you about $2000- $3000 for attorney fees but you will finally get your money. This is a shame because we all work hard for our money. Dont allow a brokerage such as Evolve cause such a drain on your business. They should and will be out of business within the next 12 months should they continue their current practices.

Well today, I witnessed why. Most of the employees that were here delightful and try to be as helpful as possible. The first employee that I ran into was fine. The person I encountered for my transaction should've been written up for how she spoke to the person in front of me. How she spoke to me wasn't the best customer service either it was just Kurt and sort of rude in tone. I get that some customers can be difficult. But that does not give an employee the right to speak to any customer the way that she spoke to the three customers I witnessed her interact with. How to say didn't make me wanna come back

    Do not, I repeat, do not come to this location for anything passport related. I've been here twice…read morenow in the past 4 years for passport related services, and today took the cake. Went in for my husbands passport and my infants passport. Had an appointment and we were told they could take photos. We arrive and we were rudely told that they don't do infant photos even though the website said yes, and that they dont even have a camera...we were sent off to cvs to get photos. Whatever, fine, did that quick, came back....now the application isn't printed right and she turned us away and said she wishes she could help us today but she is slammed and she's by herself...meanwhile there are 2 other people working there and two people behind us. Really? I remember this employee too. During the last World Cup, she was pretty distracted in watching the game instead of helping me out with my passport last time. Guess things don't change.
