Do not use Jennie Halter as your travel agent or Academy Travel for your Disney Vacation. There is zero accountability and it will not lead to a magical experience.
Jennie's basic principals in follow through and delivering the Disney standard of superior service is nonexistent. In fact she has proven to be a liability not an asset to have or use as a travel agent.
Jennie failed to add our Disney dinning plan and because we didn't double check that it was added, we had stress instead of magic to our trip. Jennie did admit fault and responsibility to this and offered a gift card but it never came through. Instead of a phone call we received a text with an unprofessional statement of " if I was rich I would cover the cost but I am not"
My concern is that Jennie is supposed to exemplify a Disney travel professional and she did not live up to the standard that has been set forth by Disney and supposedly by Academy Travel.
When this was brought to the attention of Academy Travel, the response is we did not pay for it so therefore nothing is owed. Instead of seeing and listening to what was and wasn't done. Along with the understanding where Jennie failed. read more
