She didn't bother to get up. Then at 9am was my kids actual appointment (which I would assume they usually make new patience fill out paper work before hand, was too late for that) & the receptionist opened the doors just to let us know that our appointment was canceled & I should have received a call. I let her know that we were never informed. I had no voice message or email or text from them saying this... Their parking lot is very difficult to drive through since it is so small. I seen that it looked like someone hit the building with their car for probably that exact reason. It was covered from the absence of glass. The building needed repairs. I waisted an hour of my day because they are unprofessional.

So I haven't been to a dentist in a little over a year but this time I was determined to find a…read moreplace where they care about the patients. I am sooooo glad I chose to make my appointment here. Got to fill out my information online so I went at my scheduled time and didn't have a wait time. First impression: very clean, advanced equipment, nice rooms with entertainment, and the friendliest staff ever at a dentist. After signing in I was in the waiting room for about two minutes. Someone had just been called to the back so I thought I was going to be there perhaps 15 minutes, but instead the dentist that was going to treat me came out and took me to the back himself. Dr. Sahegin was awesome- he asked me if I had any concerns, answered my questions, and we decided to just do a general examination and figure out my workup. Michele came in, introduced herself, and took me to do my x-rays: some positions were slightly painful but nothing I couldn't handle and Michele was quick to minimize the discomfort :) Dr. Sahegin did an extremely detailed evaluation at the chair as well. I can't express how much I appreciate this as I've had my fair share of dentists that don't answer questions, look at the general places to do major work, and you're pretty much out the door. Amazing!!! Had to get touch-ups on a couple of things and a filling so I was there a while as the machine was making it. Michele even took me to look at it and at the precision of the coloring. It was nice to see everything that happened "behind the scenes" (maybe its because I ask a lot of questions though lol). I also had a cleaning and Kelli (hygienist) was absolutely wonderful. I asked her a couple of questions and she gave me good tips too. I felt as though I was being a little pampered to be honest. I know it sounds strange as it's the dentist, right? Whenever water splashed on me they would dry it off or if I re-adjusted I would always get an "are you okay?" I couldn't explain that it wasn't the procedure that bothered me as I had my mouth open but Dr. Sahegin, Michele, and Kelli all equally checked up on me constantly. I will say, it was kind of nice :D Before I left, Dr. Sahegin walked me out and talked to me a bit before I left for follow-up questions and to ask me to fill out a survey that the office was going to send me. They really care about the service they offer their patients which means a lot. I have definitely learned to expect more from dentists and can say that I am extremely comfortable returning here. I don't see why anyone should have a problem at Champions Modern Dentistry- they all go above and beyond to accommodate you. Highly recommended!

They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. One thing I really appreciate is that he's always available if something comes up, even after hours, and provides his cell number for emergencies. That kind of personal care really means a lot. Both of my kids are also currently doing Candid corrective aligners, and Dr. Patel has been great throughout the process. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure everything is going well. Overall, we've been very happy with our experience at Floss Dental and would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

It turns out I needed quite a bit of work done on a variety of teeths in the molar quadrant of both sides of my lower mouth. When I first got there, right off the gate there's barely anyone there (I got there 4pm) after filling out paperwork I waited 30ish mins before I got called. Then after getting my X-rays done I finally got sat down at 5pm. Than waited for 20mins for the assistance dental lady to clean my teeth before the doctor dental man came. During the experience, it was rushed. The lady honestly half assed the most basic part of cleaning... FLOSSING like she got my top row but half assed my bottom row. Than when the doctor came to clean the plaque off my teeth it felt rushed but honestly the whole process was rushed. He got most of the plaque out but I still see some that he didn't get. Overall they had nice customer service that's about it.
