I let her know that we were never informed. I had no voice message or email or text from them saying this... Their parking lot is very difficult to drive through since it is so small. I seen that it looked like someone hit the building with their car for probably that exact reason. It was covered from the absence of glass. The building needed repairs. The treatment itself was quick and painless. It was as if Dr. Liu is a tooth whisperer. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. He did everything to make the experience as pain-free as possible and was very patient about every step. The corrective work (cavities etc) was top-notch but the cosmetic work is out of this world. You CANNOT tell she's had such extensive work. You can't tell she's had ANY work. It looks completely natural. It is a work of art. I've waited a couple of years to put in a review because I wanted to watch how it held up given what time did to previous work by the other dental office.
