It's nice to see knowledgeable people who care about people and their cars. The shop is super clean. And it's in a very nice area of JC. I don't live in JC anymore, but I considered the way the neighborhood interacted with him as a positive sign. I'll definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

Service- Oil Change & filter for my 2019 Mercedes Benz. I was a little nervous since this was a new place for me. I Met Simon and spoke to him for a little bit. Really cool conversation. He knows his cars. I waited and the work was done pretty quickly; Steve even showed me the dirty engine air filter I needed. Lots of shops don't even do that (even the dealer) or even explain why they are doing it. They use OEM parts - so nothing to worry about. They are both pleasent guys and seem to run their business in a friendly and professional manner; that's why they have lots of positive reviews. If you have a question or concern about a service they have no trouble in answering them and making you feel comfortable. Their prices are great and let's face it a lot better than the dealers cost. I'm glad I went here. Looking forward to future maintenance services on my cars. Steve and Simon do a great job! Thanks guys!

By the time I made it to the young woman at the front desk, she assured me twice that my car is the next one to be serviced. I returned 2.5 hours later at 7:15PM to my car still in the spot where I parked it at 4:30. I asked about the car, and the manager said he did not know about it but they are bringing it in now. When I mentioned that it was unacceptable service, he handed me my keys and left our conversation multiple times to go to the garage and refuse customer service. One or more things is happening: -They are lying to make a sale. -They ignored my service intentionally and feigned ignorance when I asked for a reason why my car was not looked at. -They are so poorly managed that they can not handle a simple queue or their small staff. Pep Boys has lost my business permanently, and they do not deserve your time or money, it is simply not worth it.
