Again 100% to charity, a very expensive town, the more $$ collected, the more help provided to those in need! I was concerned they may be too feminine for my husband. I brought him to see them (45 minute drive) on a Saturday afternoon. The chairs had a hold on them. The employee on Saturday said, "These are on hold until close tonight. If they are not paid for by end of business today you can have them Tuesday morning!" (They are closed Sunday & Monday. I was so excited for the opportunity to buy one of these chairs! Especially after driving 45 minutes for my husband to see them. I even picked paint to match the fabric for our contractor! Monday morning I called 10 minutes after opening. I was told Yes they are here. Me: AWESOME!!! I want to buy one!!! The employee would not sell one to me until she called the other person to see if they wanted them. I said "I was told that if they were here Tuesday morning they hadn't been paid for I could purchase one" "Yes, but she is a really good customer! I will call her and get back to you " Ummm. WHAT? She had from Friday till Saturday night. LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER!!! She called me back and said I'm sorry the chairs are sold I said _______ (employee) that's very disappointing she said I'm sorry but she's a very good customer. Sad part is. I too would have been an excellent customer. My very overpriced dresser will be one of 2 first and final purchases I will make at this consignment shop. I am super to those with integrity.

His presence, his help, his advice, his demonstration of proper technique based on the arrangement philosophy of designing a pot landscape using the "THRILLER, FILLER, SPILLER" strategy was so insightful!! We've even enjoyed visiting the bunnies for 22$ per person (plus tip if you'd like too) gives you about 20-30 minutes of interaction with the bunnies. You sign a waiver with the host and they'll give you instructions on the rules. You might even get to feed them too. I loved it so much! Apparently this was a deeply offensive request, because I was immediately informed, "So really you just want a short latte," followed by a staff discussion about how people don't know how to order coffee. Then, while I was simply standing there waiting for the drink I had paid for, they started making comments about me waiting. Truly fascinating. I didn't realize there was also a correct and incorrect way to stand near a coffee counter. Eventually they wrote "cap" on my cup and called it out, so I grabbed it and said, "Thanks for my short latte." For a place serving coffee, they somehow managed to make ordering one feel like an oral exam I had failed. If you enjoy being lightly bullied by your barista over espresso terminology, this may be your spot. I personally will be getting my incorrectly named beverages elsewhere.

First off, the store is huge... tons of selection and it looks as if many furniture items can be customized with different upholstery and such. We were approached by Rose, a lovely lady with a charming British accent who was both friendly and unpretentious. She offered assistance with any questions we might have; but also kindly allowed us the space to just peruse the store without tracking us like a vulture as so many furniture salespeople do. The wares are most definitely not inexpensive. Unfortunately very little we could actually afford; but the pieces are eclectic and many are unlike any we've seen in any other store. It was a treat just to walk around and see all the beautiful items. I was able to purchase a framed piece of art that was on clearance, and Rose treated the transaction as if I were buying a piece of furniture at full price; carefully wrapping the frame in bubble wrap so it wouldn't get damaged in transit and never once making me feel as if I was wasting her time with a relatively low-ticket item. Again, the products are very high-end and most will experience sticker shock (myself included, LOL); but if you're in the market for beautiful, original pieces to fill your space, I highly recommend checking out this store

I tried calling so they could tell me how to get there, but that just wasted another 10 minutes and got me lost again. There's barely any signage to direct you to the store. By the time I found it and walked in it was 4:40pm (they close at 5pm) and I told them I had donations and wanted to shop. They replied, we're closing soon and closing the fitting rooms in 4 minutes!, which made me feel very unwelcome. I brought a huge bag of really nice clothes to donate, some brand new with tags on and there was no thank you or acknowledgement of the donation or even a hello, which was really rude. I started shopping and a few minutes later they came to tell me they closed the fitting room. Not ideal at all but whatever. A couple minutes later they came and said, we're closing you have to go to the front now, essentially kicking me out. Mind you, I drove over an hour round trip to go out of my way to donate here since it supports a very good cause (when I live 5 min from a Goodwill I could've easily donated to instead and saved a ton of time). I wasn't particularly impressed by their clothing selection and forget finding anything if you're not a size small or medium. While I wouldn't discourage anyone from donating here since it supports a great cause, I would Never go back to be treated like such a huge inconvenience when I went Far out of my way to donate and shop to support the cause. They were nicer when I left saying they're open tomorrow, but at that point I never wanted to return. I've never been treated so badly at any store in my life and will not be back ever!
