A few weeks ago I called to ask help with electrical issues. The volt was low and not getting enough energy. The lights kept flickering & can't even use the vacuum due to the lack of electricity. The person, I think Ken told us that it might be an issue with PG&E and recommend us to contact them first. If it's a PG&E issue they would come out to fix it for free. The outlets in my bedroom (which would function only with a light switch) went out a few months ago and I put off calling an electrician. Our house was built in the mid-60s and we were having problems with a hall light fixture and 2 light fixtures in the kitchen. Sometimes they would work, but sometimes they just wouldn't turn on even if you jiggled the switch.
