They were amazing. Their compassion and understanding was truly appreciated. We were at a gas dock and they put 40 gallons of diesel in a gas tank. We went to Walstrom Marine at about 3 o'clock. They immediately started to pump the fuel out. David stayed until 9 PM even though they closed earlier. They are an amazing group of people m. After a few minute search I found Joe at Advanced Marine in MI (I'm in Mass). He happened to have exactly what I was looking for and I received a perfectly rebuilt lower unit for my motor. It only took 3 days to arrive from the day I placed my order! So happy with the price and prompt service. That was 2 years ago....Recently, my son managed to blow out the lower unit again ("I didn't hit anything" :-) ). I called Joe...and even though I was out of the warranty period...Joe took care of me. I sent him my lower unit and he gave me a great price on the repair! Katie is great to work with. 20'-23' high-performance boats available to rent are Axis, Malibu, or Cobalt ski boats or Tritoon pontoon boats. The boats are well-cared for and new. They provide skis and floats and train you as well. They can rent boats to you for Walloon Lake or maybe they'll deliver it to another lake for you. We have rented boats from other companies in the area and now only use Tommy's. They also have a super cool restaurant (must go!) and store.

He is also a rider and very knowledgeable of all the brands they sell. They have a pretty good selection of SkiDoo and Polaris sleds on display so you can see all the different features. After the purchase they introduce you to the service and parts people and I also got a great demonstration on how all the new goodies work. These new sleds are just as hi-tech as cars these days! As much as new toys cost now it's nice to deal with a company that appreciates your business. There is a reason they've stayed in business for so long.

If you take your jet skis to Spicers to get prepped for summer, they will charge you $400. But,…read morenote that they will only "check the fluids." Per Jessie, "we do not put coolant or oil in the jet skis." So---we asked, "What are we paying $400 for?" His response, "we just check the fluids." He didn't tell us the results either. So apparently they were low but we didn't get the report. So when our jet ski ran out of oil he blamed us cause "we don't put oil in the ski, we just check the levels." For $400, I could get my 16 year old to do that...and replace the oil. Something is sketchy about this place.
