Kevin, in the service department scheduled me as quickly as possible based on my schedule and I was in the shop 2 days later for the install. I had some problems at home retracting the slide out and discovered some loose lag screws, once tightened it retracted and when I got to the dealer I mentioned it to him and he assured me that they'd take care of it. He also remembered my request from the first visit and had them lubricate the tv antenna gears etc. They ended up cutting us a good deal on the install, but I have to say that Kevin was very nice to deal with, and showed that Northern Michigan RV was committed to making a bad situation good. That is good customer service and I will most certainly continue to give them service. I appreciate how they handled and rectified the situation.
