William fit us in the next day to allay his and our concerns that the other working spring could also fail and the door slam down on someone or break the door altogether. AMAZING! Matt did a great job even though I was in town at the doctors office (that's how quick and serious they handled our situation!). It was so nice to come home and be able to put the car in the garage without getting out to lift the door manually. THANK YOU so much!!! Highly recommended for problem solving, affordable solutions, professionalism and courtesy. We'll be calling them in the Spring to do a whole new install!!

I must start by saying that I have not actually called upon Cole's for any services. However, if I…read morecan attest to the type of serviceman Cole actually is, let me say this... As a born Michigander, yet raised in Florida, I found myself lost at a crossroads in the middle of the state on my way to Traverse City this past summer. Cole, in his service truck, found me lost, and not only directed me down the the right roads, but stayed with me until I found a clear route to my destination. I did make it, did not forget the chivalry given, and am still in awe of such a selfless person! Side note, Cole, I will be back up north every summer and look forward to sharing a coffee with you over our experience. Thanks again, Nicole Davis from Florida

The reason I gave Al 5 stars is because he went above and beyond of what he was called to do. And…read morehe deserves 6 stars if I could have given it to him. He worked 5 1/2 hours on the hottest day of the year to repair the bricks on my front porch. He took the caps off 2 of the columns and took the old mortar off the old bricks and put new mortar in the joints. It looks fantastic. Then he went around the whole porch and chiseled out any old loose mortar and redid all the joints to make it look new again. Al worked hard in the blazing sun. On top of that he cleaned up any messes that he had made. For all the work he did he was very professional and didn't complain about my shoddy work to try and repair it myself. The icing on the cake was that he was reasonably priced. Thanks so much Al for a job well done.
