We were told they did not have to be installed by them so we ordered the parts. NOW we find out when we go to submit for the $150 rebate that we were LIED too. They had to install the parts for them to qualify for the rebate. We don't live anywhere near Saginaw and would not have purchased the parts from them if we knew they had to install them to qualify. We called Michigan Truck and Spring when we found out the Rebate would not qualify now and we were out $150. When we asked for the Manager's name so we could speak with him we were told they were not at liberty to give that information. Since they received payment for the parts they did not care that they had lied/scammed us out of $150. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!
