I will be using Kevin at King Auto in Caseville for many more projects I have planned on the H2 as well as trusting King Auto to do all of our families personal autos. During the trip, I mentioned about the need for a job, he said it was worked on a few months ago prior to the trip. When we got home, I inspected the front and rear brakes and nothing was done. I don't remember the amount Kevin charged my dad, but it cost me $500 for new rotors, pads and calipers for the front, and new rotors and pads for the rear. When I knew Kev, I didn't trust him then. When I learned what he did to my dad, there is no way in hell I would ever take my vehicles to him. That said, he does know his stuff. I don't trust him with how he treats his customers, especially those who are senior in age.

Not knowing the business had changed hands and having already purchased oil and filter I called to make an appointment. I was advised by the owners son that it was under new ownership but they would do the oil change for $20 if I provided the oil and filter. I painted a white X on the oil filter before bringing it in. They never replaced my oil filter because the white X was still on the filter at my most recent oil change. They did not return my filter.
