My husband and I were on our way up north for a family vacation. On 1-75 just south of Saginaw, the…read moretire on our boat trailer blew. It was a perilous change to the spare on the side of the expressway. Once we got back on the road, we used Google to find the nearest Belle Tire to have the tire replaced. When we called, John answered the phone and assured us he had what we needed and would be able to take care of the issue. It's at this time, the term "highway robbery" comes to mind, but we were on our way to meet the rest of the family and had to arrive safely. The store was very easily accessible and not far off the expressway. Upon our arrival, we were treated very professionally and John was quick to explain the difference and the need for trailer tires as opposed to car tires for replacement. The price quoted was far below what we expected to pay, and they had us back on the road within an hour. Thank you so much for the service you gave us that day. ALL OF YOU were very much appreciated. Got a few things done, a few weeks later tires are wearing unevenly. Took it to someplace else and was told it needed shocks and struts because car still had original ones at almost 200K miles. Took the printout that Belle Tire originally gave me back to Belle. Confronted the Service Manager about it and he looked up the account. As he pulled it up, he was typing on the account (was adding that they recommended Shocks and struts) Printed off what he CLAIMS they originally said needed work, MAGICALLY, shocks and struts on it. Showed him the original copy, called him a lying dumba$$ and never went back.
