Kevin's crew did a fantastic job at a fair and reasonable price. I will be using Kevin at King Auto in Caseville for many more projects I have planned on the H2 as well as trusting King Auto to do all of our families personal autos. Know Kevin for many years. He's a very good mechanic, but not very trust worthy. My father took…read morehe vehicle in for a complete brake job. A few months later, I drove his car to Florida. During the trip, I mentioned about the need for a job, he said it was worked on a few months ago prior to the trip. When we got home, I inspected the front and rear brakes and nothing was done. I don't remember the amount Kevin charged my dad, but it cost me $500 for new rotors, pads and calipers for the front, and new rotors and pads for the rear. When I knew Kev, I didn't trust him then. When I learned what he did to my dad, there is no way in hell I would ever take my vehicles to him. That said, he does know his stuff. I don't trust him with how he treats his customers, especially those who are senior in age.

Worst service department ever!!! I have no idea how the rude and miserable people that work there…read morestill have a job!! Nothing but complete disrespect the second you walk in. If they don't know you or your family on a personal level; they treat you like crap. I have gone there to get my car serviced since 2005 because they were the closest GM dealership to where I live, and they have scratched the car doors, left oil sludge all over the inside and out, and were completely disrespectful towards my concerns. Thankfully I haven't had to take it there since the warranty has expired (I have been taking it to Wolverine Auto instead, they're great) but because there was a recall on the ignition; I was doomed to have to go back there. Needless to say, the service AGAIN was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes until some rude employee took my keys and they didn't even know why I was there, even though I made the appointment a week ago. The service manager was on the phone treating some other poor customer like a jerk and wouldn't even acknowledge I was there, a mechanic came out and gave me an evil look, and two other service employees just sat there doing nothing. I had enough, took my keys and left! I wasn't going to let these horrible people touch my car! So PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO FLANNERY'S unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap! The people that work there do not deserve their jobs and should be fired. FLANNERY'S is the worst car dealership and service center in the county. Just save your time and personal well-being and take your vehicle somewhere else. FLANNERY'S SUCKS and the owner should be embarrassed to have his name associated with the place; but hey, I hear he's a real big ass too!

I have never written a review (negative or positive) of a business before. It is not something…read morethat I do lightly or frivolously attaching my name to a company's future client interactions. In a day and age when honesty, integrity, and craftmanship have been downgraded to the point of near extinction in America, you cannot but help take notice when one of these rare qualities are encountered in today's business first climate. Even rarer still, is to encounter a business that applies all three qualities when working with their customers. I have recently required the services of Top of the Hill Collision. They stood their ground when my insurance company was pushing them to use non-original manufacture parts and/or junkyard parts. They could have taken the fast buck and I would have been none the wiser. As it turned out, the right thing to do was to have the insurance company declare my vehicle totaled. The risk of unforeseen equipment failure and/or ill-fitting parts would not only reduce the equity I had in the vehicle to near zero, but more importantly, could have put my family in increased jeopardy while using the vehicle. Once the vehicle was declared "totaled", Top of the Hill was only paid assessment and storage fees. These fees amounted to less than 2% of those "shoddy" repairs proposed by my insurance company would have been for Top of the Hill. I do not know about you, but when a small business owner puts my family's safety first and foremost in their business dealings, I was compelled to share my experience and my gratitude.
