Run from this dealer, especially from the used car department…read morePurchased a 2019 f250, it took months to get my spare key that doesn't even work with the truck they sold me, so now I have to buy a new fob get programed and have the key cut to match my truck. I called the used car manager 4 or 5 times trying to get this key fob and also left a voice-mail with the owner. They also sold me a f250 with "C" rated tires that are rated for a 1/2 ton truck, not a 3/4 ton truck. The tires are extremely underrated for this truck. The tire had a max 50psi rating, but they put 65psi in them so the low tire light wouldn't be on. I could have had a tire blow out with underrated tires for a f250 pulling my trailer. I just spent $1500 getting 10ply tires put on. I finally had my sister stop by and get this for me since she lives nearby. Moore motors was supposed to repaint the tailgate, that was part of the deal in writing. They painted it, but color doesn't match and didn't paint the tailgate jams. they're still white not blue like it should be. Your used car department earned this 1 star rating.

I think ownership must have traded hands over the past couple years. I used to take my car here all…read morethe time and they were fair and did the job quickly. Now, they cant fix anything right. I will say they are honest, but they cant fix it right the first time. I had to take my car back 3 times for the same problem. Not great when you spend $1200 only go start it in their parking lot and its still broke. They made it right, but it took 3 tries. I decided to give them another shot when I had trouble for a different issue a year later since they were so nice and tried hard to make it right, but once again, they couldn't fix the issue. I will never bring another vehicle here ever again. Also, they tell everyone to leave their car off at 8am and they get to it when they get to it. I brought my car in a 4pm the night before and at noon the next day it still hadn't moved. No reason I should have to leave my car there all day for a simple 2 hour brake job.
