He charge me for fluids he didn't change.. he replaced my anchor windlass motor and it was only a $12 bearing in the gear that was broken not the motor. He literally robbed me of thousands of dollars. He won't return calls. I have talked to a half a dozen other people who have hired him with the same issues. Stay away from Doug Zachariah, and upnorth mobile and Marine . Scam Man Marine is a better name for this con man!!!

I took the day off work and made myself available to meet him. I never heard from him. I told him I don't have time to meet him at the launch thats why I called a mobile guy. he said I need to pay for the impeller before he'll do anymore work on my boat even though the impeller was not the issue. then he threatened to put a lien on our boat if we don't pay.

When I called them to ask what was going on with the boat their mechanic was very short with me and told me to come pick up the boat. Took the boat to another marina and they fixed it in an hour for $150.These people are a confluence of incompetence, disorganization, and dishonesty.
