I was not happy but reached out to Down Home for help. The owner- Lisa - responded right away with a fair estimate and a quick turnaround. She got her cleaner Ashley out the next week. Ashley showed up on time and did a fantastic job with getting our house cleaned. She was friendly and very good. I couldn't be happier with the service and how well this company responded to our request. We will be using them moving forward. Thank you guys for helping me lighten my load a bit today. It is much appreciated.

While I must say that the ladies did an amazing job they broke a very small and inexpensive…read morefigurine and then lied about it. They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled.
