In less than 24 hours, the owner herself, Nisa, personally saw to deep cleaning the house and did an incredible job for my parents! My mom raved about how pleasant to be around Nisa was, her professionalism, and how happy she was with the deep clean. *I'm writing the review because mom isn't internet savvy, she really wanted me to be certain to give due credit to Strong & Fierce Cleaning Service. Mom and dad were so impressed by the professional cleaning Strong and Fierce did that they're hiring the company to clean their home bi-weekly. I'm so grateful I was able to find reliable cleaning service long-distance (I live in another state). It means a lot knowing my folks are in good hands. Making arrangements with Strong & Fierce was easy and painless. Their rates are very reasonable considering how hard they work. They went well above and beyond. I highly reccomend their service.

After paying her she left and I saw she didn't clean my windows at all, she didn't clean inside any drawers or inside the cupboards. In fact I can't tell if she did anything at all. I called her and she said she would agree to come back and fix the issues but I had to pay for her gas! I was even asked by the painter if she had done anything. I am going to try and get my money back. Paying close to $400 for not even 8 hours nonwork was ridiculous. She got here at 10 and left before 5 because she didn't want to drive home in the dark (according to her)

They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled. There are plenty of other cleaning companies in Traverse City so do yourself a favor and pick any one of those over At Your Service Cleaning - because they are clearly NOT at your service. L.J.
