Robert installed our new Goodman 5ton AC & FURNACE in June, of this year. This replaced the original ICP system that came with the house in 2004. We've ran our A/C unit everyday, for four months, with out any hiccups. Comparing our electric bill now, vs last year, the new system does run more efficient, as our bill has dropped some, tho nothing drastic, maybe $50-$90 monthly? For the same usage (slightly more this year). Besides the savings, the indoor climate is improved, the house feels cooler, and less humid throughout the day, even with the temperature set a couple degrees higher then last year. Over the last month, we've finally began using the furnace, due to the colder mornings, and that too, has been flawless. A much smoother, gradual warming, as opposed to the previous unit, which seemed like an All or Nothing, blast of HEAT. No issues with the Finance company either, (Greensky), everything from the application, to the payments, to the customer service has been easy, and straightforward. Overall we know we found the right company to have given our business to. Robert is a No B.S, honest man. During my vetting process, he answered all my text, returned my calls, and never once gave me some phony brochure/ saleman answer. I gave this man a difficult time with my constant questioning about his products, and installation processes, as I learned more about HVAC, and what to look for in finding a quality HVAC company. I'm a DIY'er for almost everything I own, but HVAC is not a D.I.Y accessible industry. So I relied heavily, on the Internet to educate myself as much as possible, in the short amount of time I had from the moment our A/C was diagnosed as needing replacement, to when I started scheduling HVAC company for qoutes. Spend any amount of time (as you should be, because HVAC replacement/Repair is expensive) researching/ educating yourself on the subject matter, be it google, reddit, HVAC forums, etc. You'll come to find the consensus is that there is no BEST A/C BRAND, but that what matters is THE INSTALLER!! Ask any company, and they'll tout the product they sell as the being the best. Robert gave me a no nonsense answer, for his choice of Goodman products. Experience, warranty, supply and support!! I didn't choose the brand Goodman, I chosed Imagine That Heating & Air. I had five company visit my home, and give me qoutes for a replacement system. -Air Repair -Ace home Heating and Air -AC PLUS -Imagine that Heating & Air -Above All heating and air I don't want to speak badly about any company on Robert's page, but I will say, the car saleman tactics of one of those company is real, stay away. (ACE) The rest just didnt seem to want to put up with my scrutiny. Robert did however, and gave straight up answers. Choosing him became obvious to me, plus, as added assurance, my wife got a good, honest vibe from him. (woman's intuition anyone?) If you are reading this, you know the importance of these community based reviews. Bots, and paid for reviews are everywhere, always vett a company by their most critical reviews, as those often provide the most details, from actual people. Imagine that has no terrible reviews for a reason, that's no coincidence, this man and his team is just that good. I'm glad I found a reputable company, I can proudly recommend. The price was on par, the warranty exceeded everyone else's, and the work was executed flawlessly. They arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Not a single peice of trash was left on my property. That's, professionalism. Goodman 10year warranty, so I'll comeback and update this post if needed. Thanks again to Robert, his Father, and team. Michael easily diagnosed the issue, showed me the problem and walked me through how the specific part that broke was supposed to function, and got a new capacitor installed within 45 minutes. The first time, the technician had placed a sticker on our AC unit, so when cold air stopped flowing this time, it was easy to call them. The process was effortless: customer service answered right away, their system recognized my address from my phone number, and within an hour (on a Sunday evening!) they dispatched two technicians. I also appreciated getting a text notification with their names and photo IDs so I knew exactly who was coming. The diagnosis wasn't the news we wanted to hear -- it was time to replace our 12-year-old AC unit. We had already refurbished the motor last year, which gave us one more season, but it had truly reached the end of its life. What I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured into buying a new unit, even though it was recommended. The technicians walked us through our options: spending over half the cost on a refurbished unit with no warranty or going with a brand-new system that came with one. After thoughtful discussion, both between my husband and me, and with the technicians, we decided to move forward with MSP's recommendation and financed the new unit. The paperwork process was smooth, and they were even able to secure an installation appointment for the very next day. As a thoughtful touch, they even offered us a hotel stay to avoid the heat, though we decided to wait. The next day, two installation crews arrived right on time. One worked in the attic while the other installed the unit outside. Both were courteous, respectful, and professional throughout. The real reason I give MSP five stars, beyond their product and service, is how they handled aftercare -- and the glimpse I got of how well they treat their employees. After installation, my husband noticed the duct bracket hadn't been done exactly as he'd requested. Since we have a Belgian Malinois who chews on everything, he wanted the cables covered with a custom metal bracket, which had been discussed with the technician. Clearly, there was a miscommunication. I called the next day and spoke with Bella (the manager, I believe). She explained that this was technically outside their scope, but she listened carefully, acknowledged the issue, and immediately sent her crew back the same day to resolve it. I appreciated that she didn't get defensive, but instead valued our input and honored our trust. Finally, I want to applaud MSP for the way they treat their employees. All four team members who helped us mentioned how much they enjoy working there, and it shows in the quality of their work. On top of that, we were thrilled to learn that the X Series unit we purchased is the kind of product that could be sold at a much higher rate through a corporate AC company (according to one technician who used to work at a corporate), but MSP offered it at a fair and reasonable price. That kind of transparency and value is rare. I truly believe happy employees and fair business practices translate into happy customers, and this company is proof of that. I first called on 4/13 and spoke with Caroline, who was incredibly personable and transparent. She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and with care. I highly recommend Cisneros Brothers to anyone in need of septic services.

    Great service and fast!…read more I contacted Exclusive HVAC through Yelp just after 5 p.m. on a Friday. My air conditioner was fixed before 1 p.m. the next day. The owner, Patrick, arrived during my four hour appointment window. He was very courteous both through Yelp and in person. After climbing on the roof and determining the issue, he gave me a repair price and also a price to replace the whole, almost forty-year-old, unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I had asked for a rough estimate. He didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive option at all. I chose to repair and the air conditioner was up and working less than ten minutes later because he had the two replacement parts already in his truck. Patrick even installed a clean filter in our house, with the filter we had on hand, as a courtesy before he left. Overall, I highly recommend Exclusive HVAC. They are a small local company that provides quick and efficient service at a fair cost.

Come summer, the AC was now not working and after a month of troubleshooting in the heat, the issue could just not be resolved. During the heatwave, I finally went on Yelp and after reading through the reviews, settled on Exclusive HVAC. (Fingers crossed!) Patrick returned my inquiries immediately and patiently listened to the issues with our AC. He informed me of the initial service charge for a site visit and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I immediately received a confirmation text and another text 10 min before the appointment, letting me know Phillip was on his way! Phillip was prompt, polite, cool and just a great human being. Phillip checked everything out, sharing his observations every step of the way. Fortunately, it was a quick fix and the AC was back up and running!!! He shared the findings from the diagnostic readings and gave his opinion that the reading wasn't great (it's an old AC), but that I could still potentially get 5 more years? He casually went through the different options, what he would do if he were in my situation, etc. At no point during this process did I feel pressured to fix anything or buy anything or replace anything. (Though he did paint a picture of what I might expect in the future with the AC.) Since Phillip was able to fix the issue during the service call, no extra charges were added. I just received the invoice for the initial service charge and I could not be more grateful. I will most definitely be reaching out to Exclusive HVAC as soon as there are any more issues. I'm just so thrilled to find a knowledgeable and experienced technician that I know I can trust for the future.
