Green Apple "confirmed" the work order had 14 spots identified. Green apple performed 3, and sloppy at best. When I went to bring to the attention of the manager, the above was his response. If you are looking for furniture cleaning, or have a warranty claim, look elsewhere. These guys are fraudulent with statements like "we'll tell you whatever we have to do get the business." Not the way Idaho does business.

Called them after they were recommended, they came out fixed the problem only to have it break down again 3 days later...called again and was told they had to order parts...that was 12 weeks ago in May! Called again ...no record of what they did or didn't do...no record of ordering parts and basically told me we could start over with yet another service call. When I asked how this could "fall through the cracks" like this for 3 months...no response. Would not recommend to anyone I cared about. Wish I had read all the negative reviews and the lack of crediablity of the owner Dylan....he should NOT be in the service industry when he doesn't care about his service.
