It had languished in our…read moregarage for years, largely because I thought it was to far gone with splintering and chips in the 100 year old plus veneer to be saved. When we dropped it off at Zen Restoration, I didn't think it would come back looking like it did; it was completely transformed. You can't even tell where the previous flaws were. Now it's the centerpiece and family heirloom it was meant to be. Rachael was easy to communicate with, professional, and honest. We highly reccomend Rachael and Zen Restorations for all of your restoration needs.

See the before and after shots below. Mark and Connor came to the house and decided it would be best to take the sofa to their shop. This is a large, sleep sofa, quite heavy, but they took it to their shop, fixed it and brought it back the same afternoon! It looks perfect! I hope my cat doesn't do any more damage (I have it covered with a throw now), but if she does, I know where to turn! Reasonably priced too!

Mark, at Atlantic Interiors, gave…read moreme a very reasonable estimate, and was extremely patient as he helped me pick out just the right color fabric. It took months for the fabric to arrive (because of Covid), but he called me when it was there, and had the chairs finished in just a few days once I delivered them. High quality, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend Atlantic Interiors if you need something reupholstered.

That use real leather and dye it to match the color of the other sections. It looks pretty dang good when it was done! The service was friendly too. Someone probably just forgot but double check that if you get anything done and have kids!

First class work and all of it done on prem but for one metal based table that needed to go into their shop for paint match repair. Extremely professional from appointement scheduling, to follow up confirmation, to arriving on time and prepared for the work to be done based on damage report submitted to the moving company. The icing on the cake was that boh Curt who did this remarkable work and Char at the office who contacted us to schedule and follow up were such nice people. Since the moving company is paying the bill given the damage was caused by careless handling in loading the truck, I can't speak to the cost for this top notch service. But whatever it is, it is worth it. Highly recommended.

Went there to get an estimate on refurbishing cushions for our couch. The couch is probably 15…read moreyears old, but has had light use. The cushions were never much to write home (or to yelp) about, and after two knee replacements they were a little beaten up (if you've had a replacement, you know the value of a good couch at bedtime). The estimate for the cushions (two large seat and two large back) was a little high I thought, but the couch was about $900 when we bought it so I figured ok. They were very thorough, and after evaluating the fabric thought the couch had seen light wear and was worth putting in new foam. Holy cow. The quality of the foam is outstanding and frankly the couch is better than new. The seats feel firm when you first sit on them, but after about 5 minutes you can't even feel them anymore. They are supportive, easy to get up from, and look great. Yay Tailor-Made. Their estimate was right on the money, no surprises, and finished faster than their estimated completion. Happy customer!
