FireplaceFix is an awesome company. I thought I had an issue with a gas fireplace damper based on a home inspection report. Deborah and the FireplaceFix staff helped clarify that I didn't have an issue and this was after their normal business hours. Fireplace Fix was the only company that was upfront about the damper whereas the other companies requested to set up an in-person consultation which included a fee. This company went above and beyond by providing the code that proved the damper was in compliance. I very much greatly appreciate FireplaceFix's honesty and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Fireplace Fix. read more

Great service! I had not used my fireplace in 5 years! I got it cleaned, lines and wires checked, up ans running in less than an hour.

Called them to get my pilot light on my gas fireplace lit. They came out and got it lit. Then they did a full service checking everything and then cleaned the fireplace inside and out. No up selling. Showed us where a component is starting to degrade, but it didn't need to be replaced yet. I respect that honesty. Our fireplace looked and operated like it was brand new when the technician left. All I needed and expected was the pilot light to be lit. Highly recommend this company if you need your gas fireplace serviced! read more

Mariah showed up on time and was able to get our fireplace in working order in 25 minutes. Found the piece we thought was missing! Another company tore it apart and wanted $1500 plus labor to repair. Mariah's cost was $120! OMG, what a difference and working just great! If you need fireplace repair, this would be the first place I would call. From Deb who answered the phone to excellent service and pricing, you cannot go wrong! read more

This is a great business! We had another fireplace repair place out a couple of years ago and they said the fireplace wasn't repairable, it would have to be replaced at a cost of thousands of dollars. They even turned off the gas and recommended it not be used again. Saw good reviews for Fireplace Fix and decided to make one last try. Wow! They came out for a look, cleaned it and got it going again. However it shut itself off a few minutes after the technician left. He had noted that if it did this, it would need a new control valve. We called back right away and they came back in two days, replaced the control valve and themopile. Now works great!!!!! Wish we had tried Fireplace Fix originally. Unfortunatly, it seems so rare these days to fine a company like Fireplace Fix. Very professional, responsive and good prices! read more

Mariah converted our broken 20 year old fireplace to a modern beautiful fireplace. I had another company come out, gave me a bid then never came back. Our fireplace now looks amazing. Five stars and 100% satisfied with their work. read more

I can't believe I didn't review Fireplace Fix! They transformed my unusable gas fireplace into a piece of art! I went with a few different colors of glass and three of the larger lava balls. It was our lucky day when we happened on these folks. Our fireplaces were in working order but I contacted them about replacing the old fashioned fake logs with classy and beautiful fire glass. What a terrific update and improvement! Mariah came to give us the estimate to which we agreed. We had our choice of glass colors (and combos of colors!). All of the items necessary for the updates are made to order right in-house at Fireplace Fix so in no time at all we have beautiful new fireplaces! The gentlemen who did the installation were polite, neat, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. A great experience from beginning to end. Give them a try - you will be so happy you did! read more

Sorry. Can't leave anything positve. First appointment in November: No Call No Show. Second Appointment: Service technician came, told me the problem and said company would get to me by Friday. Nothing for a week. Called in and mentioned I had 15 family coming in for the Holidays and really wanted the patio fireplace fixed. "Opps, can't even find your appointment. Did you have one"? Few minutes later: Oh yes, found it. I'll get back to you after the weekend. Next communication? Nothing until I sent another email. Response about a week or so later with the following excuses: "Having your ticket filed away by our previous assistant / not seeing our website emails / hiring a new office manager and having to train her during the busiest time of the year have been an awful consequence for you and for that I cannot begin to express how terrible I feel about that. I can only assume you have taken care of your repair?". I email her back saying nothing has been fixed. Response: NOTHING. Apparently doesn't feel bad enough to respond. read more

The fellows were polite, explained what the problem was, not only replaced the switch but cleaned the fireplace! Deb was awesome fitting us in due to a cancellation and Mariah was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Rare nowadays. Highly recommended.

Great service. They Sent multiple photos of fireplace glass & very happy with our updated fireplace!!

I am so relieved that this is the only company that actually answered the phone and scheduled a service call! I totally lucked out- Mariah was in the area and able to swing over in 30 minutes- another 30 minutes later, and the fireplace was back in business. Not only was the service call fee fair, it was the best quote I've gotten from a number of places. He even vacuumed out the logs and cleaned the glass before putting everything back together. I wish I could leave 10 stars! Deb even did a follow-up call to make sure that everything was ok. For reference: the gas line was off, the wiring was messed up, the fireplace needed some cleaning, and I'm sure there was something else that needed attention... didn't charge anything over the service call fee. So happy to have found an affordable, honest provider that does not try to nickel and dime you for every little thing!! read more

Our fireplace had quit working. After several months of working fine. We had a guy come about six months ago and he changed out all the guts. But he was not a professional and worked out of his car it turns out. I yelped fix gas fireplace and fireplace fox came up. The reviews were good so I called them. They did manage to fit me in the same week. I spoke to Deb on the phone. Right away I knew the call was to the right place. There was no lack of intelligence on the other end of the like. Deb is sharp and very professional. She told me Mariah would be coming out. He did call 20 minutes prior to the appointment. I love that. And when he showed up, I could tell he was very knowledgeable. He might have been 15 minutes or less and the fireplace was going again. The service call was reasonable and my fireplace works again. Thanks fireplace fix. I put your contact info into my contacts. 2 Big thumbs up read more
