DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.

Be sure to call in advanced for your auto window and tell them the price you had quoted online and they will honor that price. I called many auto places and they charge $350-$450 so this place was a steal. They did my window replacement in about 30 minutes too! So God forbid your car from ever getting broken into, but if it does, go to Norman's Glass for a cheap replacement. One small downside is that the place is not that nice looking aethetically and the waiting area was a little dirty but I was here for a window, not to hang out.

When I called back after I made the decision to go with him, I was surprised he had all my info handy and remembered me. I made an appointment for 2 days later and my windshield was waiting for me. I dropped off my car at 8am and it was done around 1pm. Yogi was knowledgeable and gave a fair price. I contacted about five shops, both near and farther from home, and received various offers. The main reasons I chose WTC Wraps were the high-quality film they use (Stek Dynoshield) and their impressive record of over one hundred perfect 5-star reviews. Sometimes you just know you're making the right decision after speaking with the people behind the business -- and that was exactly my experience with Rob, the owner of WTC. Communication with him was seamless, both in writing and in person when I visited the shop. Rob was kind, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain how PPF works and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also offered a very fair and generous price for the scope of the project, which I truly appreciated. Before leaving my car, Rob walked me through the installation area, showed me examples, and explained that small water bubbles are completely normal and will disappear after the PPF fully cures in a few weeks.
