We were 25 minutes early. You cannot stand in line nor can you check in early.! They are a stickler to this rule. Waited until my check in time. Followed the link that was sent to me. I didn't have to stand in line, just took a seat and waited for my number to be called. It was painless, easy, lots of parking, clean and everyone was all business but friendly. The gal who takes your picture is so sweet! We were in and out within 30 minutes. Documents, vision test and a new picture. That was it. I cannot tell you how packed it was and very few people had appointments. I was so nervous something would go wrong, well I worried for nothing.! * I highly recommend making appointment and avoid the hassle. It's all up to you. There was a beautiful well dressed Latina Chief who showed me how to pull up the code I needed through my Email when I forgot to bring my paperwork and I appreciated how she gave me a clear and realistic wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours and told me I could wait and relax in my car and I would be able to see my place in line through my phone. I followed her advice and enjoyed studying in my car in the sunny beautiful weather, and even went for a nice walk to Don Luisa's Mexican Grill to eat lunch with another DMV waiting Gentleman to pass the time constructively and peacefully. When it was my time to get called up Tiffany took my payment and administered my Eye Test professionally, and I really appreciated Angel the Team Member who took my picture patiently and wished me a nice day with high quality hospitality! Thank you Norco DMV for constantly updating the Systems to be more smart and efficient, and hiring quality Professionals who take their training seriously to serve us well and help us save time and energy with their expertise!

This was my fourth time here, and it feels like they are looking for reasons to fail people rather than checking for safe driving. The Room was well lit and properly staffed and the Security Guard was fully in his role as the first point of contact being assertively welcoming, inviting, and showing us how to proceed using the smart and efficient high tech systems. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and spacious and there were large screens keeping everyone updated with their place in line and which window to go to. The lady who helped my Mom was very professional and organized! She helped us update Mom's direct deposit info as requested and reassured is the reissued checks were on the way. We recieved the direct deposit yesterday and are so grateful for the staff for making the process very easy and pleasant! Walk in and you are immediately greeted by the officer on duty. He will greet you then tell you to check in at the machine on your Right. It's a touch computer screen so just follow the directions. Take your ticket and sit down. No Cell phone! Turn them off because if it rings, the officer will announce out loud-the RULES!! This place is clean, quiet and safe. Your ticket number is just your number. The numbers are not called in order (several signs posted relating to this). Pay attention to your number being called out loud and on the monitor. Take a book to read or something quiet to do while you wait. Once your number is called. Quickly go to your window. Have your ID ready to present at the window. Be efficient and ready with your questions or paperwork/documents. If you are prepared then your visit should run smoothly. The individuals at the window are knowledgeable and know what they are doing and telling you. Pay attention and follow their instructions and or advice. Good luck

Came to this office to fix some stuff for my mom. I do have to say make an appointment. It makes…read morethings faster. I went on a Friday midday and there was hardly anyone there. Not sure if that is the norm. I do have to say, the person who assisted us and the security were very helpful and very nice. The experience was surprisingly pleasant. The office is very outdated compared to the one in Fontana. But in reality that doesn't matter it's the service that makes the difference.
