Do NOT trust this facility with your business or legal mail!!!…read moreI contracted with Our Postal Express (via Anytime Mailbox) in Rancho Cucamonga, completed every legal requirement, and submitted a fully notarized USPS Form 1583. While service started fine, it has become an absolute operational nightmare. First, after an in-person pickup where an employee named Pat gave instructions on logging pickups, I was billed 5 separate times for only 3 pickups. When I raised the issue, customer service simply dismissed it. Worse, mail scanning has completely ceased for over a full month. Crucial federal mail from the IRS and my new business banking cards were sent directly to this address and have been completely withheld. I have zero access to my critical federal tax documents or business funds because this facility is failing to upload or release my mail. Holding federal government mail for a fully verified customer with an approved Form 1583 on file is an egregious breach of contract and a severe regulatory violation. This situation has caused immense stress and directly disrupted my ability to run my business. If you need a reliable, legally compliant virtual mailbox, stay far away from this location.

The first time I called they were trying to send me a form to sign over the phone but they agent said it wasn't going through for some reason he tried to send it to me via email and text. So the next option was to drive to the office to sign it in person. So I did that. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of my form . Fast forward 3 months later and I'm still being charged because they never sent the insurance company "Safeway insurance my cancellation form" I called back to have them send my form and they said they would once again they did not! Now today September 28th 2026 I called to get them to send it to the insurance company and to me. Same thing the "agent was having trouble sending it" so I had to THREATEN to FILE and complaint with California department of insurance and now finally after 4 months ADRIANAS INSURANCE has followed my request. On top of all this the insurance company "Safeway insurance" is telling me they may not be able to give me a refund since it's been so long. Avoid this insurance company terrible experience I have never experienced this before I've cancelled many policies and they all have been cancelled the same day
