They ended up staying open until 5:30 pm (30mins after their closing time). So I spent $5k on an extravagant chandelier. I couldn't help myself. P.s. Beautiful Things was also better priced. I ended up spending more because the salesman showed me better and treated me better.

I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.
