The staff member who did my massage was great and had excellent professionalism. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend getting a massage here.

However, I understand things happen it was the NO REFUND that really got me. When I requested a refund for the gift cards, I was told the manager could not refund them because of "corporate policy. " So to be clear: **they canceled on us TWICE, we never received the services we paid for, and they still refused to return our Money. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, I was told he may or may not get back to me. That is not customer service. That is a business putting its policies and profits ahead of its customers I find this incredibly unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.
