We included deodorizing and the enzyme treatment because we have senior dogs. Today is the day after the treatment and everything looks (and smells) great! We're going hire them to clean our rugs upstairs, all well, and then have them come every three months so we keep up with the dogs. The process of communicating about services and scheduling was quick and easy. The information we got was thorough and straightforward. And it turns out that I overestimated the size of the downstairs, so we were charged less than what we were quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at the company is polite and professional. Highly recommend SN Cleaning!

I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs.
