They reached out within 30 minutes of my initial request via the Yelp app and it was super easy to book right on Yelp. They gave me a two-hour window for the appointment, and showed up just 15 minutes in, major plus since I hate when companies show up at the end of the window. I had a pretty straightforward job: nail-down carpet in a bedroom that had built up a lot of pet hair over the past year or so from my cat. They mentioned up front that pet hair can be tough to remove, so I kept expectations realistic. The tech showed up right on time, set up quickly, and had everything done within 30-45 minutes. Told me to give it about 24 hours before moving furniture back in (besides the bed), and when it dried and wow. Carpet looked brand new. All the pet hair was gone, which honestly surprised me given what they said. Price-wise, totally fair $150 flat for one room, no hidden fees, no upsells. Exactly what they quoted. For a one-room deep clean that hadn't been touched in two years, I thought that was a great deal. Overall, 5/5 professional, on time, easy to book, and did an excellent job. We only have carpet on the stairs and upstairs hall, so they only needed about 40 minutes. They left me with a stain treater product in case I needed it later, I paid and they were on their way. Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be.
