This is the worst location and worst company you can use for water softeners. There are much…read morebetter choices for a better prices and better service. I called this location for over a week and left three messages which were never returned as I wanted to start a new service. I had spoke with Sonia and left messages for the manager, Anita. No one ever called me back. Today I called back and was put on hold. I was told by Sonia that Anita the manager was on the other line and it would just be a few minutes. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, Sonia told me that Anita was too busy and that she would call me when she could. I felt that my business was not important to their company so I called and let their corporate office know what it happened and I have canceled my service with them. This company seems to not care about their customers, and I would highly recommend you trying another of the many choices out there. I actually saved 30% by using a different company.

Beware. I was billed by Culligan Water for services and products I never received. No signed…read morecontract. No delivery confirmation. Just made-up invoices. When I challenged the charges, they couldn't provide a single piece of evidence showing I authorized any service. Still, they sent the alleged debt to collections, risking damage to my credit. This is an outrageous and unacceptable business practice. I've since filed formal disputes with the collection agency and credit bureaus. If you choose to do business with them, read every detail, demand written agreements, and monitor your accounts like a hawk. This company needs to be held accountable for how it treats consumers.

Five Cities Water Systems - Soldering well done!

Excellent Friendly Service…read more.... Pros: Did a thorough job. Gave good explanations. Reasonable price. Friendly guy. Cons: None! We moved into our newly constructed house in May 2018 which included a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A few months later, Five Cities Water contacted us about maintaining the equipment and that started a 5 year relationship which continues to this day. Basically, a technician flushes the system, replaces any worn parts and ensures there are no leaks. The usual cost is about $200, although it was $307 in November 2023 because a major piece of equipment gets replaced every 5 years. Aaron provided the service this year and did a fine job. He was: - Flexible with the calendar - Arrived on time - Explained what he needed to do before doing it - Charged a fair price (from what I can tell) In previous years, there were no leaks after the annual visit. This time, a slow drip continued for a few hours so I called Five Cities and spoke to Chris who contacted Aaron. He drove over, quickly saw one of the O-Rings was faulty (a factory issue) and replaced it. Everything was fixed in around 5 minutes. And the next day.....Chris called to make sure we had no leaks and things were fine. We plan to keep using Five Cities Water as long as we own the house.

We've been using Five Cities Water at home and at our business for years. Very reliable, and good…read moreservice. Brandon is awesome!

They were the only company I could get to apply for the rebates for heat pump water heaters, and…read morethey did, eventually, get the water heater installed. However, there were many false starts, hiccups, and lack of attention to detail to that really soured the experience. I had 4 visits including at least 3 instances of them draining and refilling the entire water heater dumping all of the heated water away. Visit 1: Installed water heater, drained it, refilled it, left is still leaking, didn't bring extension cord, and used extension cord I explicitly told them not to use, zip tied said extension cord, damaging the sheathing, paid no attention to cable management, leaving the cables looking significantly worse than they were when they arrived, did not insulate pipes, ran condensate pump through walls, per request, but did not fill holes with caulk or any other insulator, leaving a hole from garage to house for hot air to escape into garage. Visit 2: Drained and refilled water heater, attempted to fix a leak, but did not fix it. Sloppily installed insulation on pipes Visit 3: Actually Fixed Leak, pointed out several flaws with previous visits, including sloppy insulation installation, but did not have materials to fix problems Visit 4: Drained and refilled water heater Installed and fixed some insulation, but left much of the original sloppy job. Left muddy footprints through the house to bathroom, including on carpet that was easily movable. Plugged in recirculation pump to wrong outlet causing it and the water heater to run constantly until I figured out the problem over a day later - this despite the fact that I told them explicitly what outlet it should be plugged into on a previous visit, and they gave me no indication that they were moving or unplugging any of the electrical. Communication: There were over 40 emails exchanged, including many repeatedly asking me to take steps that I explicitly could not take because the instructions that they were reading specify that the contractor must take the action. In the end, the water heater is installed and working, and they did appropriately apply the rebates, so I'm thankful that the work is done, but the experience was far from good.
