Not only were the people at Encore polite, reassuring and thorough but they made the entire process extremely easy. The fact that their prices were very competitive was just icing on the cake. Our driver arrived several minutes prior to the appointed time, and could not have been more professional and kind. The limo was spotless, well-maintained and stocked with waters and blankets for the kids. it was clear from the get go that I had entrusted the safety of my child and her teenage friends to the right people. All five of the teens agreed that the limo ride to and from the prom MADE their night. Thanks Encore!! Elizabeth R. Farmington, CT

Disclosure: I am not a celebrity ... but Premier Limo…read moresure made me feel like one! While on business travel, a local business paid for my transportation from Hartford Airport (BDL) to my hotel in New Haven, CT (and then a second ride back to the airport later that week). Both trips were: * On time * Clean * Comfortable / Luxurious (Large Lincoln) * Courteous, Friendly * Drove Safely * Provided Water While my preference is always to rent / drive myself, I was happy that the company provided this service instead. I was able to sit back & relax & NOT WORRY about driving in the SNOWY weather. BONUS: On the trip back, CARMEN was my driver. SHE IS AWESOME! She has that DYNAMIC PERSONALITY and we talked the entire trip like she was an old acquaintance. If you like a super-fun personality that you will never forget, ask for CARMEN! Hope this helps.

The second time I was in need of their services was due to a flight to new haven was changed and I ended up missing the last flight. I asked the airline for s room at a nearby hotel and they said they could not accommodate me because they were all booked. I called a few few hotels to check and yep all were booked. They offered to fly me in to a close by airport which was Hartford, Ct as a standby. Well everyone showed up for that flight. I was then offered NJ or Boston. I chose Boston. I could've stayed and waited til the next day and waited for the new haven flight at noon. But heck no! Philli has the dirtiest airport!!! I couldn't bare to stay there with sketchy weirdos doing sit-ups on the grimmy carpeting. Yep! Its was an absolute nightmare! So I called up the Limo Group literally in tears and explained my situation. They gladly picked me up short notice. I think when I called my flight to Boston was in an hr. But the driver was there waiting for me!!! I got home safe to my husband and kids. I will always use their service. If you want excellent service this is the company to use:) Thanks! Naomi

Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. I recommended Anton to our son's godmother who has a booking a car service for an upcoming business trip. She's booking with them today 12/26/23! We will definitely book with Anton's for our next travel to and from NY airports.

They are crooks.not to mention the driver arrived at my house only to find he forgot his wallet, so he literally had to leave and go home to get it. I have never before felt so compelled to write a review. In early December, I used this car…read moreservice for a pickup at JFK and a ride to Connecticut. The driver was on time, kind, and got me to my destination safely. But... the limo was dirty. Like it had someone else's half full Dunkin Donuts cup, some candy wrappers, an empty champagne bottle, etc. Not a big deal - but when I pay $240, I don't expect to sit with someone else's trash. I didn't say anything to the driver, but called the office a couple of days later. They offered to give me a $50 credit on a future ride. I explained I would appreciate it more if it were a $50 refund on the past ride. She said she'd call me back. She did leave me a message that I would be getting a $50 credit. So I waited a few weeks but still didn't see it on my credit card. I called back and asked to speak to the original person I spoke to. I was told she would call me right back and she didn't. I called a few days later and the guy who answered the phone was eager to hear my story and help. He listened, asked me how much the credit was for, and said he'd get back to me right away. That was days ago. Honestly, the dirty limo was moderately annoying. But the getting jerked around and wasting my time on a credit that was promised but probably never going to come through - that's super annoying. They've lost my future business.
