DISHONEST & INCOMPETENT COMPANY…read more The 5 star review on 7/30/2023 was posted by the owner of the company. Check out how there's been no reviews in the past 3 years, then read the one from JD on 7/15/202 (1 star). I paid $1,590 for them to install a radon mitigation system in my house that is not working (reading was 7.21pCi/L after 1 month). The men who came out had absolutely NO CLUE what they were doing. Proper testing both before and after their installation was never performed and the system was not installed to EPA specifications (i.e. exhaust fan should be 12" above the roof line). They also had no concern for sloppy work or leaving several messes behind for me to clean up. Trying to resolve this issue with the owner, Dave, (who never came out during the installation) only led to a shouting match where I was told my issues were "bullsh@t" and was called a "liar".

The amount of times I've had to call up this office for an issue related to damaging my mailbox,…read moremisplacing my mail, or forgetting to provide our key is genuinely stupid. EVERY TIME I call for assistance, nobody is available. I have to work my way through their incompetent AI call center every other month regarding a new issue. Going in person isn't much better due to racist staff as others have already mentioned... My latest issue that's finally driven me to write out a review? Whoever delivered my mail broke our key and instead of reporting it, having my mail delivered directly, or literally any of the other smart options at their disposal, they just left the broken key in our mailbox. I can't access my mail and I'm driving myself ragged trying to get an agent (not the useless AI bot!) on the phone. I've called about 6-8 times by now with no luck. I've submitted a support request, scheduled callbacks, but haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. This is the worst service I've ever received from a post office.

eview Rating:…read more "Avoid! They hold you hostage with fine print." I used this company for basement flood cleanup in January 2026. They were fast at first, but once the cleanup ended, the "reconstruction" phase became a nightmare. The Trap: They demanded a 70% deposit before they would even give me a quote, a timeline, or a walkthrough. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.
