At first I was really skeptical about this business because their website is not secure, is a ".net" , has only stock photos, and has no information about the people that own or work for the company and areas they serve...all signs that this may be a scam somehow. Well I called anyway because there was literally no one else I could call in my area. I talked on the phone with a very kind person who explained to me what they do how much they charge and how quick they could get out. They came very quickly to remove some mold from the house we just bought. We were taking out a wet bar in our home and the previous owner had drilled a hole in the waste water pipe and never did anything about it. The tech that came to our home was very chatty and so nice and he helped to explain further what he would do and helped us to feel safe with our 2 year old in our home. He even temporarily fixed the plumbing hole. These guys are quick and 1k is worth the peace of mind I now have.

When my…read morehome inspector came back to check and do a mold air test it appeared they hadn't done anything. But based on the results of the mold test they got it. It tested where it should. The pictures they took of what they did were grainy and they really should invest in something better. They also were careful with their language in their scope of work. They said where they treated and with what and that they looked in the crawlspace but without treating that part as well (which they were told was ground zero) they couldn't 5 year guarantee their work. So if I have mold in that same spot in the next 5 years it will not be covered under their warranty. Because the sellers apparently didn't have them treat the crawlspace. So I don't know if they got their value out their service. But based on the air tests they did solve the problem. I don't know I'd use them with my own money.

The other company came out, seemed knowledgeable, looked around the house a little (didn't go into the attic or do a deep inspection) and did an air mold test. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. I was very overwhelmed due to the situation and first spoke with Amy, who was very kind and understanding. Even though she was professional, she made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to a friend instead of just a business. She was able to have someone out right away to do an inspection. When Mike came out to do the inspection, not only was he also kind and professional, he was extremely thorough. Pulling back the carpeting and padding in the closet, going up into the attic to look around, and even looking through all of the basement insulation. I was very impressed with the time and effort he put in to finding the source of the mold smell. WeDry was able to get a detailed quote back same day that showed a breakdown of every single expense so you know exactly where your money is going. I was also impressed by how quickly I would receive email responses from Amy or that she would touch base to see how I was doing. The cause of the mold ended up being due to an outside issue and our HOA stepped in to handle the repairs, using their own company. However, weDry Restoration were much more attentive, better priced, did a much better job, and were friendlier. My parents are in their 80's, and, could not have been more happier with weDry Restorations, and neither could I.
