The pictures they took of what they did were grainy and they really should invest in something better. They also were careful with their language in their scope of work. They said where they treated and with what and that they looked in the crawlspace but without treating that part as well (which they were told was ground zero) they couldn't 5 year guarantee their work. So if I have mold in that same spot in the next 5 years it will not be covered under their warranty. Because the sellers apparently didn't have them treat the crawlspace. So I don't know if they got their value out their service. But based on the air tests they did solve the problem. I don't know I'd use them with my own money.

This was not the fault of RMR, it was due to seller not disclosing that the house had a major flood from the water heater, clothes washer as well as dishwasher. Every time Scott came out to treat another area that was found to have mold, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. I was very overwhelmed due to the situation and first spoke with Amy, who was very kind and understanding.
