My wife and I watched in disbelief at how fast this crew was working and getting the job done. They completely stripped the old roof and installed a new roof in one day and it looked awesome at the end of the day. As they were finishing up, we went over to talk to them and was introduced to the owner of the company, Kelly. Had a very nice conversation about his business and I pointed to my house and asked if he had time to look at it and give us an estimate. I left him my number as we were heading out of town at the moment. A little while later I got a text from him with an estimate. We decided to except the estimate and Kelly had his sales manager Nick connect with us. Nick came over and worked out all the details with us and was very thorough with answering all our questions. We all agreed to proceed and was told that we could expect a crew to show up in two days and if everything went well the entire job could be done in one day. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working tearing off old roof. Truck load of material showed up a soon after and the shingles started being laid. I have never in my life seen a group of young men work like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Yasbin was the crew chief and his crew consisted of Hilcias, Jordan, Gabriel and Bey. These guys never stopped till lunchtime and then started back up and did not stop again till the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They put in a very long day and did a fantastic job! A friend recommended this company to us. Boss focuses on roofing, but also do other work. We had an…read moreexpensive bathroom renovation done just two years ago by another local company. One of the major problems is that the pony wall had come away from the exterior wall. We also had mold in the shower under the caulking. Lisa's company found that the pony wall had only been attached to the exterior wall by one little screw into the plaster board. Jason not only took out some of the plasterboard and inserted a 2 x 4 to attach the pony wall to the exterior, but also got in the crawl space and attached the wall to the floor. He put it all back and it's perfect. Also, all of the mold is gone. He also worked on a couple other areas that needed finishing. Why didn't we go back to the original company? We found their finishing work was not acceptable. We didn't want them to come back and not fix it correctly and end up with the same problems. My pictures show the before and after. Another note, there was no stress put on this pony wall to cause it to move away from the exterior wall. It's attach to a walk-in tub that we had only used 4 times in those two years. Regarding the caulk, several people had told us that mold under the caulk was a sign it was not installed properly, and they had never seen that bad of a condition UNDER the caulk to occur in such a short time. We'll definitely use Boss again. They also install windows.

This was not a one man job. He said he had a helper coming but never did. Day #2 was supposed to be here at 7 am, didn't hear from him till 2:17 pm, promised he would be back at 7 am the next morning. Day #3, He showed up at noon. Day #4, I knew he had a Dr appt. but he told me he would be here after that, he was a no call, no show. Day #5, (Saturday before Mother's Day), he text me and said he would be back on Monday at 7 am he promised unless I didn't care if he worked on the weekend, Sunday, I said that's fine. He never responded. Day # 7, day #6 was Sunday, the 7 am promise, he showed up at 3:15 pm. Day #8, he showed up around 3:00 pm. Around 8 pm I went outside and helped him clean up so he could leave. He text me the invoice as he set in my driveway, which should have been without the pump because I told him we would take care of the pump. It had been 8 days of chasing him around just to get the pool up, but he sent the invoice for the quote with the pump even after offering a discount, which I did decline on the 2nd day but that was before knowing this was going to be his pattern.
