Although it was late on a Friday afternoon and they could not get us in, he allowed us to purchase the necessary filter through their parts department. He was so knowledgeable that he was able to walk my husband through exactly how to change the crank case filter that was causing the check engine light to come on. We are so grateful to know that we will not blow our engine by driving another two hours with the check engine light on! The first O'reilly location I went to didn't have my wipe blade sizes so I thought this location; however, it seemed like all locations were out of stock and they're all on back order. It wasn't a big deal because I'm pretty sure they'll have that deal again in the future. Anyways, this location was pretty much the same as the other one (the one in Liberty, MO) I went to. The aisles and layout was 100% identical which I think made it easier to find what I was looking for. This location had only three employees working when I came so be prepared to wait if there are a lot of people. They also had more in-stock items (at least the things I was looking for) versus the other location which would always be good to know just in case I needed something and one location doesn't have it in-stock.
