We have taken our business truck to Brads for many many years and several vehicles over the years…read more Because they know we need the truck for business, they do everything they can to get it back to us as quick as possible. But they are very busy because they are very good. Brad is very honest which I find very important when it involves car repairs and a tight budget. I'm not saying he's the cheapest mechanic shop, but his prices are in line with other shops. Apparently... I like the word "very". But it's necessary to explain myself.

I would think twice before going there. I had an air conditioning unit that would blow cold air…read morethen stop, then blow cold air then stop. I took it to TSM and they told me the compressor was bad and that it would be $1300 to fix. I was concerned, but I went ahead and approved the repair. I picked up my car after they had closed and while driving home, the cold air stopped blowing!! The original problem was NOT fixed it would work, then it wouldn't work, just like it had been doing before the $1300 repair. I took my car back the next day and they said there was a circuit that was dirty which was causing the air conditioner to quit, and oh, by the way, the compressor was bad too, so the $1300 was necessary. In the end the TMS auto, the' Elite Ethics Certified' repair shop is nothing more than a parts swapping repair service, that will support their mechanics regardless of the cost to the customers. So, think twice before going there.

I requested a new exhaust manifold on truck my truck. They replaced the passenger side when the…read moredrivers side clearly needed to be replaced (when you turn key, it ticked louder than a horse being branded). Manager threw a fit over the phone when I called them out for replacing the passenger side because it was Friday and it's an easier job. I told them to replace the correct one. They did, but they didn't put a gasket on the bottom flange and did not tighten the bolts. To make matters worse, they replaced it with a used manifold. Don't trust these guys, find someone else.

Although it was not a muffler I needed, my friend insisted I call them and see if they serviced the issue at hand. Been so long ago that I don't even remember what it was, but do know I've been going to Kev's every since. Have yet to be disappointed. Great work, great prices, and great fair and very honest folks. As one other reviewer mentioned, the shop is not posh, so if a bit of dust is not your style, you may want to pay for all the fluff somewhere else. You won't find a Starbucks coffee brewer, a big screen TV, reclining leather seats, or any other fancy ammenities. What you WILL find though, is very genuine, humble, polite, and reliable expert service at a very affordable price. These guys are REAL, and they stay real busy for a very good reason.

Not sure what supplies are needed for an oil change and definitely not $10 worth. Just felt ripped off a bit. And when I questioned was just ignored by clerk. The tech looked at it, couldn't figure it out, then they decided to recalibrate it. The vehicle then started. I drove it home and now it won't start again the next time I went to start it. Being this is their fault or lack of how to work on vehicles, you would think they would make it right. But they are not. And, are not issuing any refund. I am now forced to do a BBB Claim and dispute the transaction for a shoddy shop.
