The receptionist was very fake in her concern and didn't offer any help. I had to call another company last minute to get what I needed. We pay for a Premium maintenance service and are supposed to have 24 hour emergency service. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. They are using an AI answering system that doesn't work. Left several messages and got no response. When I finally got ahold of a human I was told I had to make an appointment because we already used our visit limit,which was only 2 visits a year and that was for maintenance. So not sure what premium service I'm getting! I canceled it and will get someone else to do maintenance. Im sure I cando better than t h e $520 I was paying yearly. Never did get a call back. They don't care!
