We honestly could not be happier! Our 20+ year old pool was ragged, needing repairs and a facelift. Dependable Pools came to our rescue with a beautiful makeover! We had used another pool renovation company 10 years ago, but when we ran into issues, she would not warranty any work that was done, telling us she was just helping us contract the work. She left us feeling bullied and abandoned. The Dependable Pools Crew came in, offered us warranty included on their work, tore out our old coping, tile, and pool surface, transformed our backyard pool area into a beautiful space that we love so much! We even had them coat our pool deck to manage heat, and cover our ugly, old concrete. It's amazing! Our family and dogs are so much happier not to have burning feet while walking on the pool deck. The crews that worked at our home are some of the best in the business and the finished product is 5 star all the way. We also have Dependable Pool service come out to service our pool each week which has made life much easier. There are a lot of choices out there for pool renovation, but you will not find a more honest, trustworthy, professional, experienced and DEPENDABLE company to work with. They not only gave us a beautiful pool, but Jim, Michael and Brandon have become friends! We fully and completely recommend Dependable Pools. Our neighbor loved our new pool so much that they called Dependable pools to renovate their pool too! Thank you so much Dependable Pools

This company is the worst. They have serviced my pool for over a year now and over a years time at…read moreleast 15 to 20 times I have had to call them and tell them that their technician is not cleaning my pool. They might skim the leaves off the top. They almost never empty my vacuum bag. They might empty one of my skim baskets. They almost never brushed my pool. I can guarantee you they are not checking my equipment. I tried many times to get the owner to acknowledge and correct the problem. However, it continued. They would offer to send back the technician to complete the job at which time I had already completed it myself or the technician did come back and still did not complete the job. Their technicians are extremely lazy. I have caught them on my camera many times sitting on my lounger on their cell phones and just not doing the work. I gave it a two stars because there were a few times that I did receive a complete 100% job of them doing everything they stated that they do. They take zero ownership and make zero compensation at the homeowners expense. In some, this is thievery at its best. Shame on people.

The first day he came to our house he taught us the basics of how salt water pools work and then he taught us and showed us stuff about of equipment we have from the previous owners. He even offered to fix a piece of our equipment for us. He's extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He also put in time to serve our country which I am grateful for. He's a pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. Our pool was in bad shape and after two visits, I am all set to jump in our pool tomorrow! Yes tomorrow! I'm from washignton state so this 81 degree weather and 1,000% humidity has done me in. THANKS WINDWARD POOL!!!!

After their recent cleaning, I checked the pool the very next day and it looked like they hadn't even touched it. When I brought it up to the technician, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he told me to "go find someone else"--which I had already planned on doing after seeing the poor work. I wasn't even asking them to come back out, just giving feedback. I honestly feel they used me during the slow season just to make money. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend Brandon!…read more Brandon is hands down the best pool guy we've ever had. He's incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and takes real pride in his work. He turned our pool from brown-chocolate to crystal clear, perfectly balanced, and ready to enjoy. He's also great at communicating, showing up when he says he will, and taking the time to explain any issues or maintenance needs in a way that's easy to understand. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your pool and goes above and beyond, Brandon is your guy! The best pool service I could ever asked for. I called several companies before, but when Brandon answered my call I already knew that he knows what he's talking about and he did. Highly recommended! Thank you, Brandon! We also had Monica come out and do a session helping us learn about caring for the pool and equipment itself, which we really benefitted from. Brandi also helps with water testing when we bring it in, and recently helped us figure out about a phosphate imbalance we had going on, and sold us the exact thing we needed. The pool went from murky in the deep end to crystal clear overnight after the treatment, and we were thrilled! It would have taken us forever to figure this stuff out reading things on the internet. Jason, Brandi and Monica are knowledgeable and we trust them to help us troubleshoot problems, and to sell us what we need (and not what we don't need!) to care for our pool. Highly recommend!! We appreciate and trust this business and get to enjoy our pool with less frustration because of them. Thanks, guys!
